Lunch: Jacket potato with low fat cottage cheese, red onion and garlic salt
Tea: Smoked River Cobbler with sweet potato mash and veggies (brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, peas, mushrooms and onions)
Snacks: 8 Mikado biscuits (4 syns), 2 satsumas, apple
Drinks: Fruit salad squash, tea, Diet Coke and 175ml white wine (6 syns)
HEA: 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
