So here we are, starting from scratch!!

Extra Easy Day

Breakfast: Oats so Simple Original (HEB) with 180ml Semi skimmed milk (HEA) and sweetener

Lunch: Jacket potato with low fat cottage cheese, red onion and garlic salt

Tea: Smoked River Cobbler with sweet potato mash and veggies (brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, peas, mushrooms and onions)

Snacks: 8 Mikado biscuits (4 syns), 2 satsumas, apple

Drinks: Fruit salad squash, tea, Diet Coke and 175ml white wine (6 syns)

HEA: 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
HEB: Oats so Simple Original

Superfree foods: Onions, Mushrooms, Carrots, Peas, Brocolli, Cauliflower, apple, satsumas

Syns: 175ml white wine (6 syns), 8 Mikado (4 syns) = 10 syns

Lunch: Savoury Rice, Satsumas, Fruit Salad (Mango, Kiwi, Pineapple, Grape, Melon), Activia Fat Free Peach

Tea: Teriyaki Salmon with Stir Fry Veg (beansprouts, bamboo shoots, peppers, water chestnuts, carrots, cabbage) and Egg Noodles.

Followed by 0% Total Yoghurt mixed with White Choc Options Sachet (2.5 syns), 1 meringue nest (2.5 syns) broken up and some blueberries

Snacks: 2 satsumas, apple, banana

Drinks: Fruit salad squash, Tea, Diet Coke

HEA: 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
HEB: 2 Pieces Wholemeal Bread

Lunch: None (was stuck in the car for 3 hours on the way home from work!!)

Tea: Spicy Mushroom Risotto made with Stock, Oyster Mushrooms, chillis, garlic, ginger, Onions, 2 OXO cubes and 2 Stock Pots with 2 plain Quorn Fillets

Snacks: 2 satsumas, apple

Drinks: Fruit salad squash, tea, Diet Coke
HEA: 250ml Semi-skimmed milk

HEB: Oats so Simple Original, 2 pieces WW bread

Superfree foods: Onions, Mushrooms, Garlic, Ginger, apple, satsumas, chillies

I know I have gone over my syns but it could have been worse, I wanted "proper" takeaway pizza but the SW one hubby made was delicious!!

I WI this morning & I have lost another 2lb! That's 4lb off in 2 weeks and 5lb off in total :D

I am really enjoying doing SW, I am getting to be more adventurous with cooking (I was rubbish before) and am now able to make tasty dishes from scratch!
