Tea: Free Cannelloni (made with VLF cottage cheese, tinned spinach, onions, garlic & Passata) with HEA cheese ontop. with 2 Quorn fillets with some of HEA cheese in the middle wrapped with Quorn Bacon Style Rashers (free)

This was one of my favourite meals I have had on SW, even though it took ages to stuff the cannelloni tubes!!
