Well I WI this morning & lost 2.5lb which takes me over my half stone mark, I am starting to see a difference in my body now & other people have started to notice. This has been the easiest way I have ever lost weight!!! :D:D

Thursday

Breakfast: 2 Pieces Wholemeal Toast from 400g loaf (HEB), Vegemite & 2 LCEL

Lunch: Baked Potato with vegemite & Red Pepper and Sweet Chilli cottage cheese. Satsumas and sugarsnap peas

Tea: Pasta Bake (Tomatoes, Passata, Mushrooms, Garlic, Onions) with Chilli Penne Pasta, 2 LCL melted over & 28g cheddar (between 4 of us), 6 king prawns (HEB) served with 2 Quorn Fillets

Snacks:
Fruit Salad
8 Mini Eggs (6 syns)

Drinks: NAS squash, 1l water, diet coke, Tea, 3 vodka & soda water (7.5syns)

My syns were high today as we went to our friends wedding reception. I drank far too much so am now going to detox this week & save my syns for chocolate/pizza/garlic bread etc rather than alcohol. It's such a waste of syns, especially if we're not having nights out like the weekend coming

I'm assuming the apple in your soup was cooked then it has syns. I'm not sure how many but it's not a lot.
 
Hi Knitter, Thanks I will add in 3syns? just to be safe. I don't understand all the cooked fruit & veg rule but hey ho!!

Summerrose it was the Smash recipe one with 1 tbsp olive oil (6 syns) on, garlic clove (crushed) and herbs. If you search at the top it should come up!

Well I weighed in this morning and lost 1lb!! I was chuffed as I had a heavy weekend last weekend so I'm just happy the scales are going the right way for me.
