Lunch: Butternut Squash chips with 28g cheddar cheese (HEA) 1 tbsp Hot sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syns)
Tea: Quorn swedish style meatballs, passata, garlic, onions, mushrooms 1 chilli with a tin of tomatoes served over Spaghetti with 28g cheddar cheese (HEA) on top
Dessert: 1 small pot 0% Total yoghurt mixed with 1 sachet Options White Choc (5 syns), 1 meringue nest (2.5 syns) and some blueberries
Drinks: NAS squash, 1l water, Tea, 1 double vodka and diet lemonade (5 syns)

Yay!! I managed a whole weekend without overusing my syns on alcohol!! Now I can go through the week having 10 syns a day (= lots of jelly tots and some Fudge bars without me worrying about using too many syns!!)
Edit: Arghhh I forgot about the 2 pieces of garlic bread I had with tea & it was the "full fat version" too!!
