Still not feeling 100% so stayed in bed till 12.30pm this afternoon!! :eek: The antibiotics have started to kick in so I am feeling a bit better.

I don't know whether I am liking WW, I am really missing fruit and having my HE's, I may just give it until Friday and then see what the results on the scales say!

Tuesday 19th October - Weightwatchers


Lunch: 1 WW Bagel (2 pts) with 40g Philly Light (0.5 pt), 1 slice of Quorn Ham style stuff (0.5 pt), bag of Velvet Crunch (1 pt) and 2 Clementines (0.5 pt) = 4.5 pts

Tea: Quorn Peppered Steak (1.5 pts), 300g McCains Rustic Chips (4.5 pts), Steamfresh Veg bag (Peas, Broccoli and Carrots) (0.5 pts) and Bisto (0.5 pts) = 7 pts

Snacks: 2 Jumbo Caramel Snack a Jacks (1.5 pts), 2 Clementines (0.5 pt), 1 WW Caramel Creamed Rice Dessert (1.5 pts) = 3.5 pts

Total Points used: 15 points

Woke up this morning feeling awful, my chest is really achy and I really didn't feel too good at all, so I decided to not go to work and went back to sleep, only to wake up at 11.30am! I guess I needed the sleep!

As the day has gone on I have felt really sick because of the antibiotics so I haven't eaten much at all.

Wednesday 20th October - Weightwatchers


Lunch: 3 Pieces WW Malted Bread (1.5 pts) with scraping of low fat margarine (0.5 pts), 1 packet Velvet Crunch (1 pt), 2 Clementines (0.5 pt) = 3.5 pts

Tea: 1/3rd bag Quorn Swedish Style Meatballs (2 pts), 150g Pasta (1.5 pts), Passata, Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic and 3 pieces Tesco Lighter Choices Garlic Bread (4.5 pts) and 60g Half Fat Mozzarella (2 pts) = 10 pts

Snacks: 2 Caramel Snack a Jacks (1.5 pts)

I'm really not enjoying WW, I don't know whether it's because I am ill and have low tolerance levels but I just don't think it suits me, I've not been eating as much veg or fruit as I would usually do. I will see if it has paid off on the scales tomorrow but as * week has begun, I'm not too optimistic.

I am going to try another week of WW when my routine is normal (i.e. when I am back at work) and see how I get on next weeks WI.

Thursday 21st October - Weightwatchers


Lunch: 3 Pieces Warburtons Small Bread (3 pts) with scraping of low fat margarine on each (1 pt), 1 Caramel Snack a Jack (0.5 pt) and 2 Clementines (0.5 pt) = 5 pts

Tea: 2 Quorn Fillets (1.5 pts), 180g Smash Potato (1.5 pts) and 100ml Bisto (0.5 pt) = 4.5 pts

Snacks: WW Caramel Creamed Rice dessert (1.5 pts), Iced Gems (1.5 pts) = 3 pts

Total Points used: 12.5 points

Just a quick update, after 1 day of SW, 1 day offplan and 5 days WW I have to report a loss of 1.5lb!!! :D:D:D That means that I am now down to 10st 9lb which is the lightest I have been in ages!! I am sooo chuffed and am now more inclined to try another week of WW to see if a full week makes a difference too!!

Lunch: 3 Egg Omelette with Mushrooms and Onions and 1tbsp Hot Sweet Chilli Sauce (5 pts)

Tea: 1/2 portion King Prawn Dhansak (8.5 pts), 1/2 portion of Pilau Rice (6 pts), Chapati (5 pts) = 19.5

Had my lie in today and then went to a cafe for lunch, we're off tonight to friends for food and drinks so I am hoping to stay within points. Here is my Saturday so far:

Spent a lot of the day in hospital having tests on the "pneumonia" which I had which isn't pneumonia, it's either Bronchitis or the famous "Viral infection". I had lunch courtesy of the NHS but didn't eat it all so I have just estimated the points.

Sunday 24th October - Weightwatchers


Breakfast: WW Bagel (2 pts) and small amount of Philly Light Sweet Chilli (0.5 pt)

Lunch: Fish Pie and Veg (6 pts?)

Tea: Pitta Pizza (5 pts) and 200g potato Wedges (2 pts) = 7pts

Tea: Smoked River Cobbler Fillet (1 pt) cooked with Chillies, with Roasted Courgette, Broccoli, Onions, Mushrooms, Peppers and Olive Oil drizzled over (2 pts) and 1 tbsp Hot Sweet Chilli Sauce (0.5 pt) = 3.5 pts

Ahhh thank you Allie :D, I am actually quite enjoying it now, it's making me think differently about the reasons I probably didn't lose as well on SW (too many carbs!) and it is teaching me that I don't have to have carbs for every meal!!

I made a huge pan of Spicy BNS soup last night so I am going to have that for lunch and I am saving up 4 pts a day as we have a Halloween party to go to on Friday.

How are you doing back on SW? Did you get the leak in the ceiling sorted?

Not very happy, WI this morning and put on 1lb so back up to 10st 10lb which is the weight I have been stuck at for ages. Going to try another week of WW and see how I get on next week. Might have to call target at this weight :( and just go back on to SW to maintain.

I wanted to lose another 10lb before Christmas but that doesnt look as if it is going to happen :(:(:(:break_diet:
 
I would give it another week on ww if you dont mind it and see what next week brings, if then nothing is looking good for you then maybe it is time to stop and to maintain. i hope that it all starts moving in the right direction for you again soon x

Thanks for dropping by Katie. I am just so frustrated because I am being so good and I always record everything I eat, it just feels like my body just wants to stay at this weight which isn't even classed as underweight!! Arghhhhh!!! I don't mind doing WW, infact I am quite enjoying it!! :D

Drinks: 2 litres NAS Squash & Water, 4 Double Vodka & Diet Coke (6 pts)

I would go back to daily points and avoid 'banking' and using them on the one day :) How are you doing with exercise? I think we are at the same point, I'm also stuck but I really do think that I need to up the exercise :(

If your enjoying it then stick at it.

BTW: remember last week I said about the pointing that if you have two of something the values may not be the same as one doubled? so like your bread is 1 pt each but you are eating two, so therefore it goes up to 2.5.

Thanks for stopping by :D I have been told by my friend who is a WW Leader that you can "legally" bank 4 points a day towards a special occasion, it just so happens that I have had them this week & last week :(

I don't get to do any exercise as I leave the house every work day at 7am in the morning and don't get back in until 6.30-7pm and then have to put baby to bed, tidy up, have tea etc. The only time I do exercise is on a Friday when I do a lot of walking with the pram. I have bought some Zumba DVDs but with me being so ill lately I haven't had the energy :(

Well I am off to a Halloween Fancy Dress Party with a bottle of vodka (only 0.5 pts per measure) and Diet Coke!! I may put some pics of the fancy dress up on here tomorrow.

I haven't updated my diary since Friday because I have let myself go a bit off the rails (within points though!) as I was so pee'd off about my weight gain I just thought sod it!! If I can be good and not loose then I will be "bad" and see if that does any good haha!!

Lunch: Wagamamas - Edamame Beans with Chilli & Garlic salt (2.5 pts), Yasai Yatsu Curry (10 pts) - I absolutely adore this dish, it is well worth the points! = 12.5pts

Tea: Snacky tea:
Halloumi (4 pts for 50g)
1/2 portion Camembert (5.5 pts)
2 WW Petit Pains (3.5 pts)
1 tbsp Hot Sweet Chilli Sauce (0.5 pt) = 13.5 pts

Drinks: 2 litres NAS Squash & Water, 2 Small glasses rose (4 pts)
