Ok so am after coming back on after a good few months, I was doing really well until November set in and all my good food habits kinda went out the window, so I need to get a hold on it again, I think I might go on the bars again for a few weeks just to get rid of the excess I have put on over the last couple of months, I have yet to weigh myself as am afraid what the scales will say last time I did about a month and half ago it said 10st9 so i think i might be heading for 12st at the mo
