Really well thank you, there was only 3 of us being interviewed so keeping my fingers crossed, find out next week.

Bella and I are still both ill though, meaning I've been us since just after 5 as I can't stop coughing, and poor Bella is feeling really sorry for herself with it. Hoping we both get better soon

Oh good - I shall keep my fingers and toes crossed for you!

Sorry to hear you are still poorly - have you tried using a burner with a bit of eucalpytus oil
in the house - that's good for loosening up the chest and easing the cough
 
Well I stayed the same this week. Quite lucky really as my heads not been on plan at all.

In fact over the weekend I have eaten: an Indian takeaway, a bacon roll from a burger van, chippy chips, homemade muffins, ice cream and roast pork and crackling with real gravy.

So to be honest I definitely got off lightly.

plan for this week - going to stick to extra easy (apart from today) so I ease off the healthy extras and make sure I eat plenty of superfree. I'm going to keep my syns low in the week so I keep some for the weekend.

And next week I might do a fishy week
 
Monday 21st May - green

Well be prepared for a moany post: I didn't get the job, I'm still ill with a bad cough and chest and my dodgy diet behaviour has come back to bite me with a 1.5lbs gain.

The job was two parts - PA and managing the school office activities. Although I had fantastic experience for the PA side I didn't get it because I havent managed people before. Never mind, I'm sure something will come up. To be fair it would have been quite tricky as I viewed a couple of crèches but they're so expensive and none of them had space til September. I'm officially redundant now and I've got my job seekers interview at the job centre tomorrow.

Now my gain is totally deserved, as we had a gorgeous spontaneous weekend in Tenby! Spending some of my redundancy heehee. Weekend included wine, cooked breakfasts, fish and chips and ice cream! We found this amazing guesthouse thanks to tripadvisor which was so baby friendly! They provided everything you could need, it was fab! Bella had a lovely time too and the seaside air gave her a hell of an appetite!

Anyway back to reality now, and I need to get my head into gear seriously. So I'm going to do a fishy week starting today. At least one meal a day of fish, preferably 2. Minimal meat (would have none but I've got ham and turkey that needs eating). I've had really good losses on it before so just need to scroll through the list, decide what to have and make myself a shopping list!

Monday 28th may - extra easy

Breakfast:

Scrambled egg and tomatoes

Lunch:
Huge salad with hot smoked salmon - 1 syn

Dinner:
Salmon baked in foil with red onion, pepper, spring onion and sweet chilli - 1 syn
Asparagus, peas and new pots

Snacks/syns:
Coffees - HEXA
Jammy dodgers - 8 syns

Lunch:
Huge salad.
Salmon prawns and crabsticks mixed with EL mayo, Tom purée, lemon juice - 0.5syns

Dinner:
Prawn curry with rice - 1.5 syns for curry paste

Snacks/syns:
Coffees - half HEXA
Banana
Alpen light - half HEXB

Fruit salad with ff yoghurt. Didn't eat much so had a mugshot

Lunch:
Sardines on 1 slice toast (half HEXB) and cheese (half HEXA)
Tomatoes

Dinner:
Tuna steak with crushed potatoes and veg
Olive oil - half HEXB and 5 syns

Snacks/syns:
Coffees - half HEXA
Half syn roulade filled with strawberries - 0.5syns

Thanks honey, still feeling rough. Got antibiotics now as I've got bronchitis plus a few things to take for my sprained wrist (impossible to rest with a baby!).
Mmm roulade was good, got the other half for tomorrow. Tuna was fab tonight too mmm

Half millionaires shortbread and half cherry shortbread...

Dinner:
Spaghetti with prawns, calamari and chorizo in a spicy Tom sauce - 3.5syns
Salad

Snacks:
Mugshot
Syn free crisps (I know I know but I figured it's better than having the real things)
Wine - approx 12 syns...
