Just trying to catch up now. Wow loads of exercise but agree with the others try ANC haves target rather than use all your free time exercising its nice to chill out too :) x
 
Thanks guys! I decided on some dairy milk fruit and nut bar, I get 15 chunks for 10pp yum yum about to eat now! And atomic u look very good in ur new profile pic!!

Did you enjoy your 10pp of chocolate last night? Its kind of depressing how quickly 10pp of something disappears isn't it??

How are you finding your first non-weigh in friday?
 
Chocolate sounds yum! I want chocolate a lot more since having a bit of a binge on it this week! The 2 remaining double deckers are calling my name ;-) x
 
I'm really enjoying dark chocolate at the moment. I got some salted caramel dark choc the other day (this is why I have gained 3lb!) it was amazing.
Just catching up over last couple of days Sarah. I deffo reckon you were going a bit too heavy on the exercise, no wonder you have been stressed. Hope now you are relaxing it a bit you feel better. X

Did u dye it urself? It looks professionally done! I did enjoy my choc, but it was there one min gone the next and no matter how hard u try u can't get it to last longer!
I'm feeling good today, sun is out and I had no Wi to depress me so that's a big thing

Yeah thing is there's alot of stress at the mo and not just from the exercise but the last 2 days I couldn't do any DVDs and to b honest I don't really care!

Don't do it! The more u eat chic the more u want it! I can go a wk with hardly any choc and not want it but other wks when I eat a few bits I want more!
 
Yeh normally I can have a bit of something naughty and that satisfies me but at the moment it just makes me want more!! Eek! :-( x
