sarah88 said:I can't say I feel that good for it, I have a lot of stress around at the mo so I prob couldn't tell! Having said that I was at the point of crying earlier and didn't wanna do my jillian DVDs but I did and by half way though I was feeling much more positive! I prob would enjoy it more if I didn't have to cram it all into my day, like I feel now that I should do all what I did today everyday else I feel like a failure in a way or I feel disappointed that I didn't do it all.

I think you are very hard on yourself at times and it seems like rather than congratulate yourself on all the exercise you do you always beat yourself up about what you haven't done. Maybe a weekly target of number of hours would be a good way to be more positive about it all.
Food looks really good though. And it seems that the monthly weigh in is helping your frame of mind which is good.
