I do banana, milk and sweetener! Really nice, it apparently helps ur muscles after exercising!

Last wk I did roughly 14hrs exercise! It won't b so much this wk tho, I have to babysit tomorrow night so that's an hour less already!
 
That's amazing! Does it make you feel good?

And smoothie sounds good! Banana is a good energy food! So that's good before or after exercise.

I can't say I feel that good for it, I have a lot of stress around at the mo so I prob couldn't tell! Having said that I was at the point of crying earlier and didn't wanna do my jillian DVDs but I did and by half way though I was feeling much more positive! I prob would enjoy it more if I didn't have to cram it all into my day, like I feel now that I should do all what I did today everyday else I feel like a failure in a way or I feel disappointed that I didn't do it all.

Don't beat yourself up,you do so much during the day and night and stress can be a hard thing to deal with! That's good though that doing the DVD made you feel positive :0)

Maybe try set a weekly goal! Like 5hours exercise per week or something that you may struggle to do but is very achievable. As its not good to feel upset when you don't feel able to complete what you set out to do. I think your doing amazingly well!
 
Thanks purpled, im just so desperate to loose weight after the last 2 months of nothing I just wanna do as much exercise as I can to get to where I want
 
Well you have a whole 4 weeks to achieve it this time. I'm aiming for a 4lb loss over the 4 weeks! Do you have something you want to achieve?
 
I suppose 4lb is a good goal I would like 6lb tho!
 
I know you are really focussed and keen to lose the weight but if you are getting stressed about doing so much every day maybe doing a little less might actually work better? I think you are very hard on yourself at times and it seems like rather than congratulate yourself on all the exercise you do you always beat yourself up about what you haven't done. Maybe a weekly target of number of hours would be a good way to be more positive about it all.

Food looks really good though. And it seems that the monthly weigh in is helping your frame of mind which is good.

Yeah I think I'm doing too much, I just took dog out 40mins, hovered 5mins, buns and thighs 35-40 mins, 6 wk 6 pack 35-40 mins, then kettlebells 50 mins, and I could hardly finish the kettlebells I was exausted!

So I Walk the dog 5 days a wk which is 40 mins a day and thought I'd just stick to kettlebells 50 mins and forget my jillian DVDs 4 now! With Sunday off exercise! See I think that's enough but then I don't !

That's plenty.You have to keep in mind that even exercise is a life style change so to do the right amount is practical and will be easier to stick to in the long run :0)
 
Not sure what's up with my belly the last couple days but its all wish washy, grumbly (like I can hear the food being processed) and I can feel the food bubbling around! I would put it down to my ibs but I've not had that for months, tho I am alot more stressed lately! Hmm I don't no, it's not in a sicky way!
