Don't be silly Sarah! Look at me I've been doing this 18 months and up and down the same 1/2 stone for 12 of them! I'm on and off plan more times than I care to count but we keep trying and THAT is the main thing! Stop worrying we are all here to support you and no one here is going to judge you if you have a small lapse because we all do it ourselves!
Anyhow positive attitude! Brand new start tomorrow! You'll be fine! Xx

Thankyou beck, it's just hard, I feel that even tho I try (sometimes) I still fail at the moment! I'd never think I did 4 months totally 100% on plan! Well we have 4 months till december so hopefully from now on that can be almost 100%! Lots happens in dec so I expect that will b mostly off plan! I wonder how much I can loose in 4 months now??
 
I've been doin this since last jan. not lost anything since nov last year. In fact iv gained 5lbs n this is ne still trying to lose!!! So we're all in the same boat hub. N as said there, keepin on trying n not throwing in the towel is what counts

I had lost 33lb.. Am down to only 29lb now.. I say only, I know its good.. But it shud be WAY more now.. I've just been STUCK the last 8 months.. But I won't give up.. I've come too far to give up now
 
That's still a really good amount! And I'm sure u can get into those looses again! Good luck for tomorrow! U expecting a loss?
 
No.. I feel HUGE tonight.. And I'm quite hungry right now.. Won't have anything tho.. Glass of water n brush my teeth :D Tasty ha ha
I've not been too bad this week, but not been really good either so not really hopeful for a loss.. Had SOO much to drink last Saturday.. And chips and maccers... Then I had a stupid amount of goodies yesterday so prob deserve a gain... But we'll see...
What day do you WI? Tomoro as well? x

I feel bloated as hell after all my food tonight, but I'm over it now and feeling quite determined for 2mo!

Does anyone no the pp in chewing gum? May have lots of chewing gum next wk to see if it helps me wanting to eat?

I hope u get a loss 2mo! It was nearly a wk ago u went for mc d's and that so that should have gone by now!

Ta hun. Here's hoping. But if I don't get a loss I'll b fine. Will carry on regardless. N hav stocked up on veg now too do next will b better :)

Well I'm up to 10.12 1/4 this morning, 2lb more than yesterday, hardly gonna b extra fat on my body over night so thats my new start weight, may buy a brand new journal to start writing down in and start afresh!
 
Hi Sarah,don't feel bad,we have all been there at some time or another and as to the chewing gum I wouldn't point it as its not like it ends up in your stomach ;0)

That will go down,have faith! Good idea about the journal,how about a 'till christmas' diary on here? Totaly start afresh!
 
Good idea daisy, I'm thinking of doing that when I get back to work in September. Also have got a new journal too ready for then, so both good ideas.

Sarah, have you looked on the ww UK site recently? I think the food list for simply filling has changed. I'm trying not to get excited as I might be wrong. I can't put a link on here as on my phone but the changes are things like more cereals such as rice krispies, corn flakes. Also lamb is on the meat section now. Have a look if you get a chance? x

Really?? Ooh.. PLS can someone who CAN access this pls post it? Ireland WW site is rubbish.. All you can do on their is find yer local meeting and get a few recipes.. Even tho we pay more!! :mad:

Hey Sarah how has today been? I can only echo what others have already said - try not to worry about the gain as it won't be "real" weight and concentrate on a fresh start with a new week and most importantly a new stash of weeklies to enjoy!
 
Sorry to hear you re struggling at the moment - maybe going days without any treats isn't the best plan I find that makes me much more likely to want a big binge whereas if I make sure I have a couple points of treats each day I am fine! X
 
Yesterday didn't go well, I had a really bad day cleaning, I cleaned 4 5hrs straight and they were discusting, missed lunch so I ate out! Don't no what to do about food at the mo, may just do normal at wk end and stick to plan during the wk! At least for the next couple of weeks until I go out for my all u can eat Chinese, then try getting back on it then!

But I'm thinking of doing insanity with 6 days almost sf but high protien low carbs with 1 day off plan a wk!
