Atomic pink said:The classes I do is circuit based so you do 4-6 exerecises with decreasing repititions. I started on an 8kg weight and I reckon you are much fitter than me so you might be ok with the 10kg. I've only been doing it about a month and found the 10kg weight ok yesterday.
If not I have seen kettlebells for sale in tesco and wilkinsons.

Kettlebells sounds so good! I'm tempted to try that out to tone areas once I've burnt most of my fat away with cardio! What dvd have you got? Was it from Amazon? x

And OMG just done the 8 min abs from my kettlebells DVD as I've been cleaning thismorning and it is tough! They only did 4 of the mins with the kettlebell but I did all bar 30s with the kettlebell and my stomach muscles r feeling very tight! And my legs r a little shaky! Didn't realise it was so good! Only done the full body workout b4!

Something in my body woke me up about 2 o clock this morning and I was wide awake felt like I needed to poop and I was worried I'd b sick as I never wake up like that, but nothing?!
