The classes I do is circuit based so you do 4-6 exerecises with decreasing repititions. I started on an 8kg weight and I reckon you are much fitter than me so you might be ok with the 10kg. I've only been doing it about a month and found the 10kg weight ok yesterday.

If not I have seen kettlebells for sale in tesco and wilkinsons.

Yeah the DVD is 15 min warm up, 20 different exercises a min each or if ur doing separate arms/ sides u do 30 secs each side/arm then the last 7 exercises r on abs 1 min each, then a a 5-7 min stretch!

Went cinema elisha dint like it said it was scary, a 4 year old started crying! Bears chasing ppl isn't the normal Disney princess style!

Yeh my gym made everyone start on 8kg and purple you seem super fit so I'm sure 10kg would be ok for you.

Ooh I love kids films!! Have loads of Disney DVDs and no kids to blame it on :p x
 
Hmm might try the 10kg then to save some pennys!!!

Screaming 4 year olds sounds a nightmare. But Toystory can always save the day. I love all the toy story films.

Today's going well so far, just had banana, flat plum and what's in the pic! Babysitting tonight so I may end up taking some snacks but not sure yet? Wi on mon I think now, may Wi tomorrow just to see what the difference is from fri!

And OMG just done the 8 min abs from my kettlebells DVD as I've been cleaning thismorning and it is tough! They only did 4 of the mins with the kettlebell but I did all bar 30s with the kettlebell and my stomach muscles r feeling very tight! And my legs r a little shaky! Didn't realise it was so good! Only done the full body workout b4!

Kettlebells sounds so good! I'm tempted to try that out to tone areas once I've burnt most of my fat away with cardio! What dvd have you got? Was it from Amazon? x

Mines off eBay kettlercise for women with a 6kg kettle bell for £42.50! The sound goes a little distorted for like 30s-1min but u can still hear it and as far as I know it's an original DVD it don't look like a fake! It's really good!

I'm not actually hungry today at all!

To b honest I had to force myself to eat that I wasn't hungry at all! I just feel full, I just had 4 minstrels and some of a wonka nerds rope (sweets thing) and I feel like ive eaten 5 choc bars, don't no what's wrong with me today! Something in my body woke me up about 2 o clock this morning and I was wide awake felt like I needed to poop and I was worried I'd b sick as I never wake up like that, but nothing?!

That's not good waking up like that..trapped wind maybe! Sorry to hear you don't feel right with food today,I hope it soon goes.Reckon waking up and feeling that way might have something to do with it!

There was no wind pain! Just a slight poop feeling
