What's your target then and where are you at just now if you don't mind me asking? What size are you aiming for then? My aim is a comfortable size10 in pretty much all clothes! X

I'm at 1012 3/4 size 12, thought have some size 14 bits from like river island

I wanna get to a 8-10 clothes size and my healthy bmi is 7.7
 
Hey!

When your friend lends you insanity see if he still has the nutrition plan that comes with it. You dont have to follow it but there are lots of good food ideas.

What height are you Sarah? Coz I was similar size at that weight and you will probably be a size 8-10 long before 7st7lb!

I am 9st4lb just now and although have been into size10s for quite a while am defo moving towards the smaller side of size 10 now and reckon I could probably get into some size8s after another few lbs/ exercise for toning.

I am 5ft2 so like you could get down to teeny tiny weights and still be a healthy bmi.

A lot of people find about a stone is about a drop in dress size so at 10stone you might be a 10-12 and then 8-10 at 9stone? Just saying target might be a lot closer than you think unless you really want to get to such a low weight? Personal preference of course but hope this helps? X

Thanks purpled! I will see if it's still there, he was the one who told me high protien low carb!
Can't wait for it to arrive, I should b able to get my head in diet mode again then! I'm useless at the moment!

Yea like the waist on my jeans n trousers are much looser.. But the hips are OK... Have had to get a smaller size in some tops but havn't dropped a clear size... So maybe have dropped half a size...

I'm 5.0 :( I do wish I only had to get to 10st like most ppl but no my healthy bmi is like 7-8 & 1/2 stone! So annoying just a few more inches and it would b easier!

Were u the higher end of ur size? Like I was a 14 but 16 in some things now im a 12 but 14 in some things! Like if u were a big 10 (almost a 12) it would take longer than if u were a small 10 (almost an 8)

No I was just a 16.. Bigger size would be too big n smaller size too small.. Now I suppose I'm a smaller end of 16 as in I can get some things in the smaller size.. But not allot of things in a 14 wud fit.. Only if they're loose fitting styled clothes. If that makes sense

That doesn't make sense then?! I would have thought ud at least drop one dress size! Perhaps. Once u drop one dress size the others will drop really easily

I found getting from a size 16 to 14 took forever! Like 2 stone it took me. But then I lost another stone and dropped to a 12!

It all depends on your height and where you hold your weight.
Like if you have wide hips then a size 8 is an impossible dream. Plus you could have lost all your weight from arms/stomach etc which dont really effect trouser size. I lost a lot of weight from chest and back which didn't change my size.

Great healthy and tasty day's food yesterday, Sarah . Well done! Did you find your were satisfied with the higher protein lower carbs? I was surprised how much fuller I felt when I swapped the balance around in my meals.

Sorry about your ice cream machine! Its worth fiddling about with the paddle before deciding its definitely broken. My machine can be a little tempermental and sometimes if the paddle isn't completely perfectly attached it works for a bit and then gives up turning half way through when the mixture starts to freeze and there's more resistance.

Will try it next time as that's what happened! I didn't feel hungry at all yesterday my problem is in my head thinking oh I fancy this and that! Today I woke up to a stressful morning, had to go post office, and do casserole at the same time, I literally got up went post office then started on casserole and missed brekkie, big mistake! It all went of plan from there, but I still did my exercise and I will try again tomorrow!
 
Oh an the casserole is urs! Hope I didn't use too much wine tho! 1/4 bottle :/ going to try it now and add dumplings and maybe some more beef stock if it's too strong :)
