Yeh it's hard when the treats are there but at least you admitted to it all and are doing loads of exercise.

You should feel very proud after every insanity workout loads of people couldn't do it! Myself included lol x

Overdid it today (Hense the need for fish and chips, no energy to cook). Actually felt really strange after I finished my exercise, felt hard to breath and almost faint (2 different occasions) got all anxious as well which made it worse! So maybe insanity after cleaning all day is a bit too much, now I have pain in my leg (can't get the thought of blood clot out my head but thats just my anxiety)
 
Try not to worry about the pain in your leg, it's probably all the exercise! But I know what you mean about worrying, I've had bad heart fluttering all evening and trying not to get worried!

I'm hellish about things like that! I hope ur heart calms down soon! U haven't overdone it today have u? I often get a pain near my heart then realise it's just wind moving near it (never realised ur tubes went that close to ur heart till I had a colonoscopy and I felt them go round the corner up there)
 
I've barely exercised all week! There's no pain bit the fluttering has been on and off all week, but pretty bad tonight. It's been putting me off exercise!

I wonder y it's been going on all wk, ur prob right to stay off exercise for a little time, I'm sure it's nothing tho! :)
 
Yeah I had a look online and as long as there's no pain im not concerned. It can actually be to do with hormones, so that would make sense, though never had it before!

That sounds promising, usually when u look online its all bad! I think ur right to not b concerned, maybe it's just cause ur due on and stuff!

It sounds like anxiety. I went through a phase last year, anything tiny that was wrong with me I was thinking was really serious and getting worried. That made me even more anxious.

Anyway the feeling faint after exercise isn't good. Do you eat enough before you exercise. You shouldn't feel faint. Maybe you should throw some more SF foods into your day. Insanity is pretty intense.

Pain went last night and I'm still here!! I think I'm gonna get back on sf properly then I should b ok! Do u think whilst I'm trying to loose I should eat ap?
 
Well apparently if we eat our weeklies and ap we should still lose. Why don't you eat them but only if you need to. Maybe limit yourself to half of them and are how it goes?

I thought about eating all ap each day but maybe not touching the weeklies unless I need them!

Give it a go!!! Just for a week and see what happens! I doubt you'd gain as weight watchers say we can eat our ap and not gain!
