Had a couple days off plan but back this morning, just done insanity and 8 min abs kettlebells and enjoying some Saltana bran which I've decided is free on sf!

The good thing is I can eat my Saltana bran with red milk! Wouldn't b able to do that 8 months ago!

Hey Sarah how has today gone? I think you are doing great with the insanity and think its understandable you have had a few extras foodwise to make up for all the calories you are burning.
 
Not on plan today :/ gonna really try after bank holiday and zoo on tues!
 
Sounds like a good plan. Bank holiday weekends are hard I think - everyone has that "holiday" attitude to food and drink and its difficult not to join in. Enjoy the zoo on Tuesday. I LOVE going to zoos and wildlife parks.

How are you today Sarah?? What workout do you have today!! I've just done pure cardio and abs and I'm starting to enjoy it. Hated it first few times. So the fact it's TOTM, I'm tired, hot and still did the work out I hate and ctuly enjoyed it lol that's pretty positive. Do you have fit test number 2 soon??

I'm ok, not on plan atm but still exercising! Got pure cardio later to do! Im only on day 9 so a few more days till fit test!

It's good u enjoy pure cardio, I must admit I sometimes dont look forward to insanity but I don't hate it when I'm doing it, and I feel good after!
 
I think its really positive that you keep up the exercise even when off plan. I reckon that shows that that "lifestyle change" thing you were worried wasn't happening so much for you a month or so ago definitely is.

I think there should be a justafiable smugness after having done Insanity, not just feeling good. I bet there aren't too many people who could do Insanity and keep it up. Huge well done! x
