Sounds like Insanity is really doing its stuff, given you are noticing results already you may be pleasantly surprised by the results after the full 60 days. Did you end up doing before photos and measurements? Will be really good to see the difference.

Yeah I did those photos the other day (though that was b4 my month off) and then did measurements on Monday!

I've done 5 days of insanity and I will say I am starting to see a difference

2x Nutrigrain bars
1x single special k biscuit bar
3x handfuls of sweets
5x biscuits
Cornetto

Think that's it really!

This bank holiday wk end is prob not gonna b good food wise but I'm gonna do what I'm doing now and insted of going completely off plan im still gonna try and have what I can on plan. Then I think I may go back to sf, still cutting out carbs as I'm like oh one Nutrigrain bar is fine now where as on sf I would b like no not allowed it!
 
I've been awful snacky too but at least we are counting it. Try motto think about the weekend, 1 day at a time. If I think too much about something where I'm likely to go off plan, I screw it up for the rest of the week!
 
So do you think pure cardio is the hardest??? I did but 3rd time it was a lot easier. I would love to see your before and after shots when your finished. I bet you will see a huge difference!!! Great food day for you!!!! Good work all round!

Thanks sparkle! I still feel bad about eating so much tho, I'm not even hungry when I eat it, prob is there's too much in the cupboard

Yeah I think it's the hardest so far! Plyometric again tomorrow then my day off sat! That will b the first wk done! I see next wk has more pure cardio and a cardio circuit and cardio and abs so could b a tough wk!! I don't hate doing insanity tho, it's really strange and I feel so proud of myself after each workout as I know I've done well to do it!

Oh dear, it's so hard esp when the rest of the family want it in the cupboard! (were u subconsciously stocking up for the weekend when u no ur not as strict?)
