Never heard of teddies either, it's funny what local phrases people have for stuff. In Sunderland they call sweets ket! When I worked there and said they were going to get the kids some ket I was a little confused!

That is a strange name for sweets! I just thought everyone called potatoes teddies!
 
Just done my cardio and abs and cardio is always tiring but abs is a nice slow workout but my god it really makes ur stomach muscles feel tight during the workout! Hope my stomach muscles don't hurt tomorrow! Won't b doing my 8 min abs from kettlebells today!!

Purpled can u check for me how many pp it is for 4 slices of the ww thick white bread and 8 slices of it please?? And don't worry I'm not planning on eating 8 slices in one go! I appreciate ur help!

No nothing special like that! I had 4 slices for brunch and may have another 4 later and wanted to no the pp incase I change to a pp day as I've only used 9pp so far with just t to go!

To b honest I've not been too hungry today and soup, toasted sw and cucumber really fills me up!

The biggest thing ever is apart from my egg bap we have had absolutely no takeout this wknd! That's big for us!
