sarah88 said:It's a Schwartz sachet 3pp
Onion
Lamb
Carrot
Potatoes
Schwartz sachet
Ur meant to:
Fry onion and carrot till soft, put in casserole dish,
Fry lamb in same frying pan, just to seal them place in casserole dish on top of carrot and onion
Mix sachet with 400.ml water and pour over lamb
Layer sliced potatoes on top, coin thickness, spray with frylight
And put lid on and put in oven for 1.hr 1/2, take lid off and cook for another 30 mins
But I had cooked lamb so just put raw carrot and onion in the casserole dish, layered lamb on top, added sachet/water and layered with pots, sprayed with frylight and cooked some extra roasties tho u don't need them, but I'm a pig!
Plus I have just finished eating and ibs has already got rid of it! Sorry tmi !!
Was super yummy tho and cause my lamb was already cooked it was soooo tender, it just fell apart!
sarah88 said:Also today I tried to make banana cakes, using 2 eggs and 1 banana and a bit of sweetener!
Got the idea off another lady, u blend the above and try and cook in a frying pan the only problem is they aren't thick enough to flip! I just stirred mine and it looked like scrambled egg, but it was soooo yummy, I added my tsp of golden syrup over the top and it was a yummy sf friendly snack, really filling!
It don't sound very nice or looked great but it really was tasty, I may try a higher ratio of banana to egg next time and see if the mixture is thicker, would b able to flip then!
