Really pleased you got a loss this week :) You have been spot on for the last few days so totally deserved it! Are you feeling a little less disheartened now?

So are we both on "operation 100% until 30th"? OH is trying to convince me we should have fish and chips from Matlock Bath after our walk on Saturday (Matlock Bath is known for very good fish and chips) but 30PP for a meal kind of scares me!
 
Thanks guys, I do feel a bit better! It's really wrong tho that I have to have 4 days off to get a loss! I did try really hard the last 3 days tho!

Yep atomic 100% till 30th June!

U can have fish and chips, if u have a big bowl of fruit for brekkie then 0pp soup for tea/dinner u can totally afford 30pp for fish and chips! ESP if haven't had them for a long time and they r super tasty ones!
 
On a normal day fruit for breakfast and 0pp soup for lunch would be fine but won't really work when spending all tomorrow walking - will need proper breakfast and can only take sandwiches for lunch. Might still be possible to save 16 daily PP towards them and then just use a chunk of my weeklies. Might see how I feel. At least it will be on weigh in day so plenty of time to pull it back round.

I find a piece of fish in batter very filling!

But I know what you mean.....30 wrecks your weeklies! Especially when you have breakfast and snacks on same day!
 
Well your hard work those 3 days must have worked some magic ;-) or a couple days of extra calories is supposed to trick the metabolism sometimes, not sure how true that is but nice when it works lol!! :) x

Mushy peas are evil!!!! Yuck yuck yuck!! I might just steal a bite of the OH's fish and a couple of chips and then go home and have a proper dinner. We shall see. Using 15 weeklies on day 1 isn't too bad - that would steal leave 5/6 each day for the rest of the week. As I said we shall see.

It would be interesting to know whether the loss was down to your super disciplined few days or your off plan days but I guess we shall never know.
 
Even if u did use 15 weeklies on day 1 u could have a 0 weekly day on sun then that would mean more wp for the rest of the wk!
 
So this is my tea!
It's nothing like Shepards pie, I think I'm gonna name it veg pie!

I chopped:
-shallots
-peppers
-Bns
-celery

Added this to a dish, put in Sweetcorn and tinned plum tomatoes, sprinkled on a veg oxo cube, and some mixed herbs

Browned some mince and put a layer on top (I ended up doing so much veg I had like 3 parts veg 1 part mince)

Put the mash on top and put it in the oven for 1hr at 200c

Served with beans!

It was really tasty, I have just gone back and had this bowl full! Cold! Will make this again, it's nice to have something different! Got my spiced pears in the oven now to go with some 0% total!

So far today I haven't used any weeklies! Yay!!

Off to Mc Donald's 2mo while my daughters at a b-day party so will b a pp day, obviously will go into weeklies a little but have fruit for brekkie and 0pp soup defrosting for tea so should only b 5w/p used! Saving my weeklies for a snickers! I'm not craving at the mo so am just gonna b good till I feel I want it! Good plan! Even if I say so myself!!
 
Your day looked really good Sarah and that's a good plan for tomorrow too. It's so amazing that we can have McD's on WW and still lose...God I LOVE this diet!! Have a fun day tomorrow..enjoy every mouthful...and I think it's a great idea to save the snickers until you really crave it :)

So the party is on sun so I expect I will have a sf day today and mc donalds on sun! My daughter wants to make her own pizza so she an oh can have that and chips for tea an I can have my petit pain pizzas and chips! Can't wait!
 
Glad you enjoyed your vegi shepherds pie last night. Sounds like a nice combination of veg in it.

Pizza petit pain and chips also sounds like a very very nice Saturday night dinner :)
 
Pizza sounds good! Great your daughter wants to make her own too! So much fun for kids! I remember my mum making he dough with me when I was little then I could put whatever I wanted on pizza. I arranged it all pretty in a flower lol!

Yeah she refuses to eat shop brought ones! Says she doesn't like them, lol. I did buy the base!!
