When you use weeklies up at start of week you really miss them. It's something you can look forward to isn't it!

Yeah, I just hope I don't go too crazy and eat like 20 in the first day! It has happens the last 2 times I've not had any weeklies from mon-thurs!
 
So I've picked up a ww thick White slice bread and it is 2pp a slice! Would this still b free on sf?

Yeh all the ww bread is free on sf. I use the thick wholemeal and it's 2pp for one or a whopping 5pp for 2! Hate thin spit through bread lol. X

Has anyone considered having light choices hot cross buns for free on sf? They used to b free didn't they? I just thought if I could have one of those a day I'd b less likely to wanna eat crap!
 
Wow! Hot cross buns that used to be free?? That sounds amazing! Where were they from?

I guess its the usual case of try it and if it doesn't seem to affect your losses then do reason not to. I doubt there is much nutritional difference in a light hot cross bun than many of the WW bread products we can eat for free anyway. And especially if you think it would limit the other sweet stuff you would want it might be an idea to try.
 
I think it was just the light ones! Stopped being free when I started sf
 
I think if there similar points to something free like crumpets/wraps/petit pains then maybe you could have them for free.

But I'm a cheater anyway! I love a good cheat! Yet to find any SW cheats lol! Other than some packs of pasta'n'sauce are free (if I'm feeling super lazy - as they taste soooo nice but I can't imagine that artificial processed taste is good for you)
 
My only problem is I'm struggling to loose even with sticking to it 100% I gain so I'm not sure it's good for me to cheat!

Wow free hot cross buns sound amazing! Did consider buying the ww malt loaf the other day but wouldn't get through a load of it by myself! X

Sadly I doubt it would be free though i would love to pretend it was! It's kinda like bread right? ;-) x
 
Yeah, I have seen the WW malt loaf and picked it up and put it back on the shelf several times. I think free access to bread products is what I simultaneously love and hate about this plan! I survived fairly well on SW with 2 slices of homemade bread per week and no other bread products but now my kitchen feels naked if there are no crumpets in it!

Are the light choices ones from Tesco then? Maybe I should volunteer to investigate - its not like my losses can get any worse, right??

Drat, why didn't I know about this before I did my shopping in tesco this morning?? Next week maybe. I will report back.
 
Ur best to wait till Wi do it on a 100% week then u no if it's effected u!

And sorry if tmi but sf these past 3 days have set my ibs off, just had a massive clear out ugh! Better that it's b4 Wi, might help! Hopefully won't last too long it's not nice!

Not bad indeed! An excellent couple of days. And as you say the "clearout" may not be pleasant but at least I might help come weigh in tomorrow.
