I had roasted Bns with my roast tonight and it was so lush, it's actually my new fav food, I'm gonna put it in my Shepard's pie tomorrow, I'm super excited, how sad!

What other veg can I put in with the mince? So far it's onion and Bns! Baked beans is nice in it but would that not go well with the Bns?
 
Is roast chicken free on sf? I point it usually, please tell me it's free:)

Yeah I think so, as long as u don't eat the skin! Ur allowed chicken wings and things like that, and they r roasted so I always thought it was free!

I've eaten it for 6 months and had no problem

I put green beans (chopped) peas and sweetcorn but they won't be free....swede, mushrooms, courgettes maybe?
 
Sarah it doesn't help weighing in the middle of the day! I did an experiment the other week with and without clothes! It was almost 1 lb difference. Plus all the drinks and food you have makes you weigh extra. Plus I lose about 2lbs every night when I sleep!

Wow I sound like a serial weigher!

But what I'm trying to say is ignore the scales if it's not the time of day you usually weigh!
 
Green beans, peas and Sweetcorn r all free!

Yeah I do no really that it doesn't count and goes up silly after food but I think it's cause I'm so worried about having a huge gain this wk that I'm worrying too much!
 
Never thought of tomato, got some tinned chopped toms so could use that! Was gonna put my Bns in the mince, never mixed it with pot b4
 
BNS goes surprisingly well with baked beans! And I love baked beans with a shepherds pie. I usually put finely chopped onion, carrot, celery and fennel in with the mince and lots of rosemary. Bought two packs of extra lean mince today, might have to make a shepherds pie soon, really fancy one now.

I have some celery in my fridge! Don't usually buy it but had some left over from when I made my soup the other day! So could use that!

Oh right thought ud been doing it and pointing peas and Sweetcorn! One of the best things about sf is having peas and Sweetcorn! My fav's! I don't bother having them on pp days as I refuse to point veg!
 
I am not brave enough to do sf yet. I'm a SW girl originally and am frightened when I'm not portioned I will get back into bad habits so am sticking to my points until I'm more disciplined lol
 
Some ppl point there sf days to get an idea of portion control! I will admit I've been doing much more pp recently but the last 3 days I've really enjoyed my foods and I'm full in the evening and not thinking about food so I think that's good!

Will try an do mostly sf days till I get board then will go back to pp! That's the best thing about ww, I can switch when I get board!
 
I'm a huge fan of BNS too, love it..I often cut it down the middle, scoop out the seeds and roast the full half....it's delish!! Your Shepard's Pie sounds yum too, I usually let my meat simmer for ages and it gets really tender and juicy..ooohh..think I'll have to make one at the weekend ;) I usually put whatever veg I have in it, could end up being anything!!

Very true - I think sometimes my days could be sf but I point them to be safe
 
Wi this morning! -0.5lb dont ask me how! Don't no if it's because I've only exercised 1x this wk instead of 5?!

Maybe your body needed a rest and is rewarding you for the pleasure lol!
