Thing is I was cleaning this morning. Then I kept seeing food everywhere, ppl eating cake etc and I seemed to notice it more than normal and I wanted it! So I had 1 choc brownie biscuit 3pp when I got home, took tills out for her walk then did my kettlebells DVD, made 2 OSS sachets for lunch, (didn't fancy anything else) had my banana milkshake and lunch and I feel a bit better now! And now I just have to pick Elisha up, have a bath, cook tea and put Elisha in bed and I can relax! Instead of having to do kettlebells at 8o'clock, so I'm a little happier now knowing most my jobs r done!!!

Sounds like you've done it the right way around with the kettle bells so that's good :0) least you can relax more tonight.Ive found that in the past with others eating,if I've avoided snacking in the evening then everyone would seem to be eating on the tv program that I was watching!3pp for the biscuit is pretty good,sounds like you had a productive day so far.Thats good that you have your rest day planned as well.

Thanks, well I'm only on day 4 of kettlebells so I wanna leave it a bit longer b4 rest day!

My oh used to say to me 'it's no wonder u think about food all the time when ur watching all those fat programs on telly' ie secret eaters, biggest looser, supersize vrs superskinny!

And I guessit doesn't help but then I tend to watch them things and think Omg I don't wanna b like that! So in a way it helps. All those sorts of programs have all stopped now tho!

Yea sometimes those programs can really make you think,I find them interesting alot of the time though haven't watched any in a while.Used to watch the biggest loser and supersize vs super skinny.Doesn't seem like 4 days ago you started the kettle bells.Time has gone quick! I felt like it was dragging at the start of the week!
 
This wk has gone pretty fast for me! I just hope the wk end slows down a bit! Soon b school holidays, then things will b more relaxed for me! Got to get back on my other 2 jillian DVDs tomorrow too! I have actually lost 0.5" off my bum since last sat! I think its the killer buns and thighs DVD!

Sounds like you did really well at managing the munchies earlier and I reckon organising the exercse so you could have the evening to relax was really important. You always souns so busy, I often wonder when you get a chance to relax and put your feet up!

Sorry the munchies have returned :( Fruit and yogurt? A cuppa? Or do you think having something will lead to having everything? If so a book? A bath? A massage from the OH? Something even more distracting from the OH?? ;)

I do always feel like I'm on the go atomic and I get very stressed sometimes as I don't get time to myself!

I have just ate half a punnet of grapes, and have a cup of tea cooling!

I am now snuggled on the sofa in my blanket and dressing gown, feel a bit cold! Watching come dine with me!
I don't think oh deserves any ?? Atomic, he knows I'm struggling today and he says well just eat then but u will regret it! And now he's got the tub of biscuits to go with his tea! Not very nice in my books!!

I am also watching come dine with me (its in Nottingham!) on 4+1. I love come dine with me. The narrator is so sarcastic its fabulous.

That's not exactly ideal supportive OH behaviour is it?? I can see why he doesn't deserve any! Milkman? Window cleaner?? (I am only joking of course!)

By the way like the new photo. Its a really cute photo. Do you reckon you will ever put one up of you? I understand if not, I felt pretty wierd about being identifiable on this site.

Last wk I hardly used any till mon, I think it was like 6!

I won't tell u who wins then!! I'm on million pound drop now! And yeah I love the narrator on come dine with me, that's y I like it I think really!

We dont have a milkman or window cleaner! I'm so tired anyway, I'm not so achey but in so tired, my eyes r hurting and getting droopy just looking at my phone!

I prob won't put a photo up till I'm happy with myself, I hold a bit of fat on my face, and I hate it! I have noticed a big change in my cheeks this wk tho!
