Food sounds very tasty from yeserday and its good that you managed a day without many weeklies being used - gives a bit more leeway for later in the week.

I think you look good in the pictures too, and agree with Purpled about your legs looking very toned. You also have a nice nipped in waist. I reckon we just see ourselves very differently to the way others see us. You've lost a lot of weight over a short space of time so it will take time for your body to tone up and get used to that new shape. Sparked by everyone posting their pictures recently I was looking at myself in the mirror this morning in my underwear and although I haven't lost that much weight in the last year (sob! - probably about 7lb) I think I look pretty different from how I remember looking a year ago. I think thats because my body has had time to get used to this size. Given everyone is being so brave I am contemplating trying to take some pictures tonight and putting on here so I have something to refer back to in the future.

Have you got any plans for the weekend? Its really quite bright here today and I was thinking how much I would love to have a walk along a beach today and being quite jealous of you and Purpled who live travelling distance to the beach. Sometimes living slap bang in the middle of the country sucks!

We have been car searching today, gotta get rid of our car as this fault it has hasn't been fixed and ford r saying it's a characteristic so I'm not gonna keep the car!

My muscles seem to b stiff today after doing no exercise yesterday! I think my body misses it!

I think it always catches up with you on the second day off, the aches and the tiredness..try to go past it and make sure to do it today cus it'll get harder I always find. Your food yesterday sounds yum....you've inspired me to have proper chips tomorrow night...I can't wait!!

Yeah it was yummy they have the normal Wispa one too! Still not as nice as Creme egg one tho!

Yeah my 2 jillian DVDs r done! Kettlebells later! I got homemade chips tonight with steak!
 
Sounds like a very good day and weekend. Did you end up enjoying the exercise more after a day off?

I know I say this every time but someday I really am going to have to investigate this mcflurry thing...

I saw an ad for the wispa mcflurrys the other day and thought of you!
Looks like you've had a good weekend. Your pics look good too. It's totally true about not seeing yourself as others see you. I sometimes see pics of myself just after they're taken and go Urgh so fat then look back a few weeks later and think wow I look slim! It's so weird! X
 
How do you find knowing there is no WI this week! I usually WI everyday so it's double hard for me! But I do feel relaxed. Like i stuck to plan this weekend and ate out lots but I don't need to worry as its a while till WI lol

To b honest I have also been weighing myself alot lately too, like nearly everyday! But I am feeling much more relaxed as well! I am actually planning on saving as many weeklies as I can till thurs then I can sit with chocolate! I usually try not to use many weeklies the last couple days b4 Wi but it doesnt matter this wk!
