OK, so today goes like this...

B: yoghurt (f), raspberries (sf), banana (sf)
L: cheesy Mug Shot (2), Rocky Road HiFi (1/2 HEx B), banana (sf), satsuma (sf)
D: rice (f), mushrooms (sf), onion (sf), leeks (sf), bacon (f), quorn mince (f), 2x Babybel (HEx A), satay sauce - (4.5)

I'll have some sort of pudding later. Maybe jelly or Muller. And deffo a Curly Wurly later!
 
Put some trousers on that had got way too right and already I actually feel comfortable in them!

Today's plan...

Exercise: hour of Zumba and 40 minutes walk

Should be good day!

Getting fed up with not having a lunch break! I work at uni so basically go to uni and work the whole day - working whenever I don't have a lecture.

It means I don't work enough for a lunch break - they would be fine if I wanted one, but I need the money really.

So I need to eat at my desk. Had been having mini omelettes but went off them. Now having mug shots and my healthy extras and fruit.

It needs to be picky as I haven't got time to heat anything up and then eat with a fork. Otherwise I would just take in leftovers! Such a pain!

Looking forward to Zumba later and the walk there too.
 
Have u had vege's and dip? Carrots can be quite filling. Have u had falafels? I'm sure you could make a syn free version, and they would be quite easy to snack on. Ill have a think for you xxxx

Veggies and dip aren't my sort of thing really... think I would still be hungry! I'll have a look at the falafels!

D: rice (f), egg (f), mushrooms (sf), onion (sf), leeks (sf), 1 tbsp peanut butter (4.5 syns), 1 tbsp soy sauce (f), jelly (0.5 syns), low fat natural yoghurt (f), sweetener (f)

Exercise: 40 minute walk and one hour at Zumba.

Pleased with my day!

You may notice I eat a lot of the same things every day - in particular my egg fried rice with satay sauce! I always do this - get fixated on a certain thing and eat that lots! I love it! I'm sure there'll be a new thing soon!
 
Decided to have this morning off work which has given me time to relax! I have been getting mega stressed about work, lectures and assignments so these extra three hours are lovely!

Today's plan:

B: 3 x bacon (f), 2 x egg (f), baked beans (f), mushrooms (sf), 2 x babybel (HExA)
L: Pombears (4.5 syns), 2 x hifi (hexb), 2 x satsuma
D: egg fried rice (f, sf, 4.5 syns), curly wurly (6 syns)
 
Today has been manic. Had such a nice chilled morning, then uni was just manic!

Had lectures straight through from 12-6 with no breaks. I managed a packet of Pombears and that was it. So was starving!

B: 3 x bacon (f), 2 x eggs fried in fry light (f), half a can of baked beans (f), mushrooms (sf), 2 x babybels (HExA)
L: PomBears (5 syns)
D: egg fried rice with lots of vegetables & satay sauce (f, sf, 4.5 syns)

S: 2 x Rocky Road HiFi (HExB)

Syns for today: 9.5
 
How did your day go in the end? Glad you got some catch up time this morning! Sometimes all you need is an extra hour to sort yourself out when your super busy. And well done on your 2lb so far xx

Thanks! Was lovely seeing that on the scales - let's hope it stays that way!

Day was manic in the end - 6 hours of uni and got given a LOT of work to do! xx
 
God I remember how stressful uni can be, can't believe I'm planning to go back. Lol. What you studying and what year are you in? X

It's a killer! I'm studying primary teaching and am in my third year of a four year course. We had a placement last term and for some reason unis seem to like to ignore the third term, so we have all our work crammed into this term! I have about 20,000 words worth of assignment to write!

Yeah I get that, doing my dissertation and working and trying to have a life was hard. I'm now in the middle of applying to do my pgce to primary teaching :) got my interview date so getting quite excited/ nervous. It will all be worth it in the end my lovely! Not sure if its the same cos your will be pretty unique but for me, 3rd term was the exam term, hence no assignments. Just think of summer :) x
 
Oh that's brilliant! Good luck with the interview.

I know it'll be worth if - just have to keep reminding myself!

We don't have exams luckily, so I finish around mid-May this year! Can't wait!

Plan for today...

D: wetherspoons - not sure what to have!!

I'm going for a drink with a friend before uni at 1 - would live a hot chocolate but will have a diet coke!

So have uni 1-3 and work 3-5 then my boyfriend arrives which i am SO excited for!
 
Awww bless you, will be lovely to see him. Off the top of my head from the book the 5 bean chilli is very low syns if u like that?

That will be nice to have a proper break over the summer and refresh for final year! Xxx

Chilli isn't really my sort of thing. Going to have a quick look now - see what's available.

Have bought some cottage cheese and smash to make the fake scones - thought if they are nice then they'll be ideal for lunches at work.

Also want to make the smash pizza base at some point.

Going to have a good look at some recipes to mix things up a bit!
 
Well wetherspoons didn't go to plan! It was absolutely pouring down so we rushed down to the pub and it was packed - no tables anywhere!

Only other options near me are fast food and one other restaurant. I was absolutely starving by this point so we went to the Indian which had closed! I had such good intentions up til this point and then just gave up sadly!

So I had a peshwari naan, half a portion of mushroom fried rice and a chicken moglai. Should have made better choices but I really didn't want to!

However, scales still showing a good loss and I'm off to a roller disco tonight for some extra exercise so all should be ok!

I love keema naan, huge weakness and they are super fatty, so completely understand that, hope it was yummy!
Rollerdisco sounds fun! Not been skating in years! That will be loads of body magic, disguised under fun! Hope you have a lovely time x
 
Ill let you know about the scones! I'm hoping they don't taste cottage cheesy!

Really looking forward to the skating - thought it was a great way to socialise and exercise.

Was hoping to go for a nice long walk with my boyfriend today too but he has had to rush home as his sisters best friend has just been killed in a car crash. Horrific. Feel so sorry for them.

Which means that today is a whole day of work!
