Well I made the scones! I like them!

The recipe I found was... a 107g pack of Smash, 2 eggs and 300g low fat cottage cheese. I actually used a tiny bit more Smash. Blended the cottage cheese and eggs and then sirred in the Smash until it was like a dough. I then just rolled into balls, popped on a baking tray and flattened and baked for about 25 mins at about 190.

I didn't blend the cottage cheese properly - ended up with a few lumps but it really doesn't affect it badly. Tastes like cheese scones - maybe adding some actual cheese would be nice too. I couldn't taste the cottage cheese, only the smash a little bit but with some extra flavouring that could be sorted. I warmed them and had a tiny bit of low fat spread with them. Perfect for lunch! Will be making lots of these!

B: bacon (f), eggs (f), beans (f), mushrooms (sf), 2 x babybel (hex a)
L: 3 x scones (f), spread (1 syn), PomBears (5 syns), Fudge (6 syns)
S: 2 x scones (f), yoghurt (f)
D: no idea

Exercise: 2 hours of roller skating!

Haven't really planned this day out very well. Am out from 7ish til 10ish so don't know what to do for dinner. Am feeling really hungry today and peckish but not feeling like fruit so struggling slightly! REALLY just want shed loads of chocolate which is so difficult to contend with as there is a shop literally opposite my house - I will resist though!

This is the first day I have felt like this - it's difficult!
 
Ill let you know about the scones! I'm hoping they don't taste cottage cheesy!

Really looking forward to the skating - thought it was a great way to socialise and exercise.

Was hoping to go for a nice long walk with my boyfriend today too but he has had to rush home as his sisters best friend has just been killed in a car crash. Horrific. Feel so sorry for them.

Which means that today is a whole day of work!
So sorry to hear about the car accident that's so tragic, bless everybody involved. Have fun skating, hope it takes your mind off everything going on for a little while. X

Oh goodie, glad they're nice! Will deffo be trying these think my hubby will like them xxx

keep strong with the chocolate, you'll be annoyed with yourself if you give in. Maybe as a treat have something tomorrow? X
 
Feeling positive this morning. Going to make some more scones which means going to the shops so ill make sure I head out for at least a half hour walk as part of that I think.

Think my plan is...

B: low fat yoghurt (f), raspberries (sf), banana (sf), 1 x RR HiFi (1/2 HExB)

L: scones (f) with bacon (f), baked beans (f), satsumas x 2 (sf), 2 x babybel

D: egg fried rice. (f/sf), with chicken (f), satay sauce (4.5 syns), 1 x RR HiFi (1/2 HExB)

Will try to leave it at that - with low syns. However... Ill let myself have something if I really want it.
 
Changed today's plan but was fine! Got hungry so did some kettlebells but really struggled as was very achy from the roller disco!

S: couple of pieces of ham

L: 4 x scones (f), 2 x bacon (sf), 2 x cheese triangles (1/2 HExA), lolly (6 syns)

D: Smash pizza (f), chopped tomatoes (sf), spinach (sf), onion (sf), bacon (f), mayo (1 syn), baked beans (f), new potato chips (f), 2x cheese triangles (1/2 HExA), yoghurt (f), peanut butter (4.5 syns)

S: Hifi (1/2 HExB)

Pretty pleased with today. Hated the smash pizza! Just ate the topping in the end!

Managed 15 mins of kettlebells but was so achy.

Have found myself so hungry this weekend - tho I think it's just boredom rather than hunger. I'm usually busy every weekend but this weekend didnt go to plan due to the car crash so I found myself with nothing but work to do.

Definitely think I'm better when I'm distracted and busy.

Weigh in tomorrow - hoping for a 2lb loss.

I've got uni from 10-2, then work from 2-5 today, then weigh in at 5:30. Think my plan is...

L: MugShot (F), 2 x babybels (HExA), HiFi (HExB)

WEIGH IN!!!

D: egg fried rice (sf/f), chicken (f), peanut butter for satay sauce (4.5 syns), yoghurt (f)

S: Curly Wurly, lolly (6 syns each)

That'll put me at 16.5 syns. Going to try counting weekly!
 
Well, I weighed in and stayed the same. Really disappointed. Been thinking about it - when I weighed last night, my scales (which are 1.5lb less than class scales) were showing 15st8lb. Which meant a 3lb loss. When I weighed tonight, weighed 15st11lb on my scales at home. So annoyed! No idea why this is. I didn't eat or drink much today. I did exercise Saturday night and Sunday so maybe it's something to do with that.

Anyway... not going to let it get me down. I know I've eaten OK all week apart from Friday's takeaway and I won't let it ruin this. Having my planned food for today whih is slightly over syns, but will be under every other day this week hopefully!

Weighed myself this morning and I am back to the 15.8! So frustrating! At least this hopefully means that ill have a good loss next week! I better do!

I know I shouldn't do it but weighed last night and its showing the 3 loss I thought I should have had and another 1! Please please please let this week be a good one!

Plan for today:

B: undecided - run out of food! Need to go to shop.

L: scones with ham, PomBears, satsumas

D: egg fried rice and satay sauce usual!

Syns should be 9.5
I weigh in nearly every morning and find it helps, if I haven't shifted weight, ill make sure I have a good day, and when I see it coming off it helps keep me motivated. Also, it might be just be but I would hate to not weigh all week, and then get on the scales and putting on weight. I'd find that upsetting, so this way I know what's happening. X

Im new to his and just need a bit of advice,
Joined my local SW club on monday and had my first day yesterday!

Seems like a ate alot and didn't feel like i was dieting. Brilliant!!

Just hope i can shed the pounds :D

I was so worried the first week but lost 5lb, and it has carried on coming off. Anything in particular you would like advice on? Xx

I'm exactly the same! It's great motivation and I try to not do it every day - maybe every other day!

I felt exactly the same - have been eating so much and have lost 10lb in three weeks which is such a good feeling!

I find following lots of diaries helps for picking up tips :)
