Sarah's SW Diary

the pancake - well I struggled too... in the end I made one larger one, gently cook one side then cook the top under the grill :D works for omelettes too :D and as a rule they come out whole without falling apart and look like I can cook nice when I cant :8855:

I shall try the spaghetti as have some in the cupboard and getting sick or weetabix or oatso simple every morning :D xxxxx

Hahaha!! I'll give that way a go then!! Your picture looked really good so it obviouly worked!

Tinned spaghetti is one of my favourite things at the moment. I can just sit in front of the telly and eat it straight from the tin! My flatmate thinks I'm crazy, but she's used to my weird eating habits now :8855::8855:

This morning I toasted the bread roll and had half a tin of spaghetti on it, with lots of black pepper. Yummy! :eating: xxxx

Finally, that elusive club 10 award is mine! 2.5lb off this week, amd I'm back on track :D

Will update tickers etc later when I'm on my laptop xx

Thanks Tilly :)

Yeah I did, they were fab. They've kept me full right up until now, when I'm on my break at work and having my 'lunch'. Normally I'd have been starving again by about 3 I had breakfast at 10.30! xx

They were fab!

I'm ok, a bit tired and in need of a foot-rub, but aside from that fine :) The boy has offered another foot-rub next time he's here, and I'm lying in bed with a film on and some chocolate animal biscuits so it's all good! :D

Ooooh, and speaking of the boy, he's asked me if I want to go away for a few days with him!! In my head that's definately relationship territory, not just 'seeing each other'....eeeeeek!!xxx

We haven't decided definately yet, but probably Cambridge. I'm seeing him after I finish work tomorrow so will probably know more after then!

Here's the food plan for today:

Well if you get another good loss next week I'm going to live on tinned spaghetti for a week :D :giggle: xxxxx

I've been there once before, we went for my mates hen do, but it was easter weekend so a lot of places were shut for the bank holiday.

Haha, I'll keep you posted! I lived on mushy peas for a couple of weeks once when I was really broke. I was very slim then!! xxxx

When are you planning on going away? xxxxx

Ooh, I love the mushy pea curry! I have a couple of tins in the cupboard so might make one soon :)

I don't know yet. I'm on placement for another couple of weeks so probably not until after then, but I don't know really. It depends more.on when the boy can get time off, my hours are far more flexible than his! xxxxx

Hehe, yeah, it probably will be ;)

Baked beans (free)
28g cheese (HexA)

Out for a meal with the boy after work, and I don't know where we're going so have no idea what it will be! I am determined to lose again this week so it will be whatever is the closest to plan where we go! He likes going out for dinner, which is lovely, but makes it quite difficult to stick to plan...trouble is I can't say no!

So, dinner last night was at the indian restaurant just down the road from me, and was lovely! I had 2 poppadoms (8 syns, with say 2 syns worth of dip), Sag Aloo (11 syns) and we shared rice and a nann bread. I had about a 3rd of the rice (1 syn) and about a quarter of the peshwari naan - we only ate half of it between us (a whole one is 25 so I'm going to count 7 syns for what I had) So 29 syns for the meal. That brings my total for yesterday to 29.5. I'm going to have 5 syns today, and between 5 and 10 Monday and Tuesday and I'll still be fine for the week :D

Today's food plan:

Breakfast
Wholemeal roll (HexB)
Extra light mayo (0.5 syns)
Quorn fajita strips (free)

Lunch
Jacket potato (free)
Tuna (HexB + 2 syns)
Extra light mayo (1 syn)
Primula light (HexA)

Dinner
Vegetable stir fry (free)
Beansprouts (free)
Noodles (free)
Soy sauce (free)

Snacks
Grapes (free)
Melon (free)
Something else for 1.5 syns - don't know what yet!

Total: 3.5 syns. Will be 5 when I've worked out what I'm having for the other 1.5 syns!
