Hello gorgeous girls!
After the most fabulous weekend chilling and drinking too much Champagne with my lovely man, I am back in the right head space to chase down through those 10s again! WI this morning was 10.12 (thank heavens it wasn't an 11...which I actually probably deserved!), so 19lbs to target!
It's my birthday 7 weeks today, so my first plan is to get back down to 10st by then. 2lbs a week should be do-able and we haven't got too many social things on, except visiting Dave's Dad and MasterChef Stepmum mid-July...might need an extra fast day that week! Once I'm back to a reasonable weight and my clothes fit properly again, it'll be knuckling down for the last 1/2 stone I've never been able to crack. Aim for this is the end of September so that I can buy myself some new outfits to wear for my friend's hen do, which is mid-October.
Starting off the week with a fast day and the intention to WI early on Saturday morning because we have a Travelzoo voucher for Chateaubriand, chips and red wine to use in London on Saturday night (one of Dave's birthday presents and it expires this weekend). It's just one meal though, and I'm not going to let it affect me this week.

Total ~458 calories
