Good meeting (and cheeky shop!) in Tesco although the traffic was horrific on the way back but I made my Ainsley bulgar wheat, pimped up with extra mushrooms and fresh corriander and it was yum. Just sitting down with a cuppa (using up the last of my hexa) and having a cookies and cream kitkat for 5.5 syns. Haven't needed my second hex's.

Day 2 - done! Loving being back on plan! Super excited about what we are going to be eating for the rest of the week xx

Hey lovely! I know, I can't believe it...I've been drinking a tonne of water so guess it's just flushed all the bloat out of my system, which has got to be a good thing.

Fast day today is shaping up to be:
Strawbs (~20)
Rasps (~20)
Melon (~40)
Activia 0% (~68 )
Salted popcorn (88)
2 egg omelette (~120)
With mushrooms, tomatoes and 5g parmesan (~40)
And salad (~40)
Tesco Heathy Choices choc and caramel bar (68 )
Total 504 cals

Going to try and last 'til lunchtime before eating...remember Lil saying fast day health benefits kick in after 18hrs and finished dinner about 6.30 yesterday so want to hold on til 1pm-ish. Lots of water with lemon to get me through I think! Then popcorn will be my mid-afternoon treat!!

Just had a little chocolate at work - my boss threw it at me (in a nice way) and it was gone before I gave it a thought! I reckon it would be 2 syns on an SW day so 40-ish calories. Might make my omelette one egg and one white later to compensate, or just not have my cereal bar. Either way, definitely not a disaster! :) xx
 
Fast day smashed yesterday! And scales say 10.6 this morning. Can it be real? Flippin' hope so!

Planning a green day again today although we have ham and chicken slices in the fridge so may go EE if I'm not feeling the need for extra hexs. Have to go into London for a meeting this afternoon and won't be back til late so will try and make the risotto this morning so it can just be heated up this afternoon. Ugh just remembered Dave is doing a fast day today...that's annoying! Lol. Ah well, if I make it first thing at least I can batch up and freeze the leftovers. Mmm risotto!!

B - overnight oats (1/2 HEXB1) - peach activia 0% and raspberries today!
L - couscous salad with 1/3 HEXA1 cheese and 1 syn sweet chilli sauce
D - roasted carrot risotto with 2/3 HEXA1 Parmesan with HEXB2 garlic bread
Snacks - banana, strawbs, raspberries with 1/2 syn options sprinkled over, Alpen light (1/2 HEXB1), cookies and cream kitkat (5.5 syns)

Considering doing a 3rd fast day tomorrow as Dave is out in the evening but will see how I feel. Already delighted with the scales so might not mess with the plan!

Just made the risotto for tonight...OMG it smells amazing! The recipe called for marscapone to be added at the end but I threw in some quark instead and it's so yum! I don't think I'm allowed to post the link but if you put 'Caramelized carrot risotto recipe' into Google, it'll be the top result. It's an American recipe but I tweaked it to be SW friendly (e.g. garlic Frylight instead of butter and quark instead of marscapone) and it worked like a charm. Highly recommended! Pics to follow when I dish up tonight! xxx

Yeah I decided to stay put in the end. It was incredibly flattering to be asked to go back but it would have been too big a risk and I would have been crazy to leave the perks, security and opportunities I have where I am now. Nice little ego boost though!

Did you go back to the gym last night my little fitness queen? I've been meaning to go for a run this week but just haven't got round to it. Definitely going to go out Sunday morning and might do a lap round the block tomorrow evening when Dave's out...xxx

Nope just not in the zone. The only reason I'm doing my class tonight is I don't want to let my PT down. James is doing it too which will help. I think now I've decided I'm not on plan until Monday I just can't help being naughty? I think I do genuinely need it out my system though xxxx
 
I know exactly what you mean about being naughty once you've made a conscious choice to be 'off plan'. It's a really dangerous one for me...I get a bit carried away! I also forget how much I love SW food...I get so much pleasure from creating super yummy on plan foods.

I still can't believe how lucky I've been with the scales this week. I'm so motivated to see how far I can get by my birthday! 6 weeks on Monday...I reckon if I can keep up the momentum I can be back in the glorious 9s. Or at least I can dream! xxx

Gosh I'm so loving my food today! Off to my afternoon of meetings shortly with an Alpen Light in my bag to keep me going but already looking forward to getting home for my home made risotto. Om nom a nom! xxx

I can't believe it to be honest. Must have been water retention from heat/booze/salt from naughty food hence why they have dropped so quickly. I'm so happy!
