Feeling a bit heavy this morning but scales still say 10.6 so it wasn't a fluke! Dave's out tonight but I'm catching up with our old next door neighbour so have decided not to do a third fast day.

Another green day today. I'm becoming a veggie! Lol.
B - activia 0% and strawbs
L - couscous salad with 1 syn sweet chilli sauce
D - homemade pizza (hexb x 2) topped with a quark and whole grain mustard sauce (2 syns), sliced new potatoes and caramelised onions and hexa1 goats cheese
Snacks - banana, glass of vino (5)

I'm so excited for my early WI tomorrow morning to finalise those figures. Under a stone to target and 6 weeks til my birthday. Whoop whoop! Bloody love SW!

I'm glad the scales are staying the same but don't get too obsessed with them ;)

I can't even imagine being up that early through choice :p I'm knackered and I woke up at half 7 lol

I wasn't up at 5 through choice! I think the cat probably woke me up, she tends to come and cuddle up when it gets light and most of the time I sleep through it but she was probably jumping on my feet or something! Crazy fur-bag!

You know me and the scales...I can't help jumping on 'em in the morning. Definitely motivating...most of the time ;)

One of the gang at work has just got back from the states so I treated myself to a mini Reece's peanut butter cup for 2 syns. Yum! Super hungry today...looking forward to my couscous!

Haha yes and I agree it can be motivating ;) just it can fluctuate, although you don't seem to too much (neither do I!)

Out of interest what do you put in your Cous Cous salad . Except the obvious hehe x
 
Kept exactly to my plan last night - super proud of myself!

Lisa - just veggies and a little splash of balsamic. I also like to add a tsp of sweet chilli sauce just before serving to jazz it up a bit!

So...official WI this morning...10.5!!! 7lbs off this week...my biggest loss since starting SW and back to a healthy BMI. I can't actually believe it!!! 6 weeks til my birthday and 12lbs to target!

Plan for today is:
Brunch - SW fry up
D - chateaubriand and chips plus bottle of bubbly (no idea on syns but I knew there would be an off plan meal and it's why I weighed in today instead of Monday)

Straight back on plan tomorrow and hopefully on for another loss next week! Whoop whoop!!

What an amazing day! Super good all day, meal off plan (just steak and chips, no dessert) with 2 glasses of red wine and 3 glasses of bubbly. Ouch...slightly hungover this morning! Plan for today is green.

B - strawbs, rasps and pineapple with yoghurt
L - couscous salad
D - quorn tacos (7 syns for 2 shells + hexa1 cheese)
Snacks - probably alpens for my hexb1
Still another round of hexs to play with...wonder what I should do with them!

Scales say 10.6 this morning but I'm not fussed; they'll be back done again tomorrow.
