Actually managed to get up and go for a fun! So nearly sacked it off to stay in bed but got dresses up like sports day barbie (so much pink!) and did 5km in just under 33m. Definitely a personal best. So happy! Gonna get showered and head over to my besties fora cuppa and a catch up. Loving this weekend!!!xxx

Not happy with the scales today, but sure they will sort themselves out! Official WI was Saturday so need to remember that!

Slightly dreading work this week; it's going to be mad! Have next Monday off to watch the Tour De France in London though so have a 4 day week to look forward to.

Have friends over for dinner a couple of nights this week so after today's fast day I'm not sure when I'll fit my next one in. Maybe Friday?

Anyway, Fast day today:
Raspberries (~30)

2 egg omelette with salad and 5g Parmesan (~200)

Aww thanks Lisa. I actually have 7 ;) I've always weighed in on a Monday, I just did an early WI this week (Saturday) because I knew we were going out and I wanted to have a bit of extra time to shift the Champagne calories! Hoping to have another good week and get another loss under my belt next Monday! xx

Thanks gorgeous! The weekend was fab - although over far too quickly! How was the wedding? Hope you guys had fun.

Loving the fast days at the mo, although it's only 8.30am and I'm hungry already! Definitely going to be drinking lots of water to try and keep me going 'til lunchtime!

Trying to come up with a bit of a plan for the week at the moment; I'm a bit all over the place with work meetings and catching up with friends so I'm hoping noting it down will make it feel a bit less hectic!

Monday - Fast day. Dinner before Dave's sports therapist appt.
Tuesday - Green day. In Heathrow for work in the afternoon. Leftover chilli con carne for dinner.
Wednesday - Another green day. In Slough for work in the morning and in meetings in the office all afternoon. Butternut squash and spinach curry for dinner. With a WW naan for 5 syns if I have time to go and buy some!
Thursday - EE day. Working from home. Friend over for dinner. Ham and egg cups for brunch. Probably carbonara for dinner. And warn my friend, who loves a drink, that I'm going to be on the SW Pimm's as I don't want to fall off the wagon this week! She's one of those who is a really bad influence so a bit worried about the pressure I'll get from her to open the bubbly :(
Friday - Fast day. If I can cope with fasting on a Friday...seems a bit depressing! lol. Need to try and come up with a plan for that!

How were your tacos yesterday? I was craving them yesterday but the shop had no taco shells in! So bought some wraps and having mince burritos Wednesday instead!

Your plan sounds good for the week. I reckon if you use your syns carefully then you should be able to smash this week :) I can't see any syns planned in? I would maybe do that and utilise then so go for lower syn choc etc then I think you'll find it easier

Morning beautiful girl! Tacos were immense! We made a variation on Jamie Oliver's recipe from his Money Saving Meals book (that uses leftover pork, we made a chilli with Quorn mince). So good and totally SW friendly! And we still have beans and chilli left to have tomorrow night. Can't wait for that.

There will definitely be synnage in there hun, don't you worry. I was just trying to work out what days would fit where, rather than do actual meal plans just yet. There will definitely be low-syn puddings happening on Wednesday and Thursday and probably some chocolate tomorrow night. I've never been one to try and go no-syn...I so don't have the willpower! lol xxx

B - Overnight Oats
L - Couscous salad (1 syn sweet chilli sauce)
D - Leftover chilli con carne with black beans, salad and 1 syn NuMe creme fraiche
Snacks - strawbs, banana, mini snickers (5 syns)

Wednesday - Another green day. In Slough for work in the morning and in meetings in the office all afternoon.
B - banana, strawbs and rasps eaten in the cafe of Tesco in Slough! lol.
L - Something low/no syn from Tesco! Or might take a salad in a cool bag and try and eat it on the move!
D - Butternut squash and spinach curry with rice and WW naan (5 syns). SW Eton Mess - Muller Greek, strawbs and meringue nest (3 syns)

Thursday - EE day. Working from home. Friend over for dinner.
B/L - Ham and egg cups for brunch with 1 syn parmesan
D - Carbonara with 1 syn NuMe creme fraiche, HEXA cheese and HEXB garlic bread. More SW Eton Mess (3 syns)
Snacks - Prosecco (4), banana

Friday - Fast day. Fruit for lunch and soup for dinner to leave enough cals for a Friday night treat - maybe popcorn whilst watching a movie and some choccie? Run after work (3km)

Saturday - First day of the Tour de France so will definitely be watching that. Red Day.
B/L - Ham and egg cups with 1 syn ketchup
D - Pizza chicken with carrot chips

Sunday - Probably going to London to watch the Tour in one of the fan parks then maybe stay over in a hotel so will be food on the move but on plan. Allowing myself enough syns to share a bottle of bubbly with Dave (15 syns). Planning a 5km run first thing before we go out.
Monday - As above but watching the Tour live.
 
Oh my gosh I really am hungry today! Fast days straight after a weekend of yumminess (even SW friendly yumminess) are tough! Have already drunk alomst 2l of water and eaten my fruit/yoghurt and popcorn so no more food for me until I get home!

Have decided I'm bored of omelettes so actually going to make dhal tonight - yum yum yum! xxx

Fast days are hard any day especially on a Monday! Do you have any fruit tea you can have?

We were supposed to be going to Yorkshire to watch the tour this weekend but Dave's friends are all cyling and as his knee has been so bad, he decided it's best he doesn't go. Looking forward to spending time in London enjoying the atmosphere though.

I've been drinking a tonne of water and decided to swap my evening Kitkat for a Fox's Crunch Cream (78) and a mini Reece's peanut butter cup (22). I'm dropping Dave off at his appointment as it's down the road from my friend's house so I should be fine to not have an evening treat.

Morning lovelies!

Hope everyone's weeks are going well. Thankfully I now don't have to go to Heathrow today so that's handy. Means I don't have to waste 2 hours on the M25 and can actually crack on with my to do list...which is ridiculously long at the mo!

Scales were back at 10.5 this morning so it's onwards and downwards hopefully towards another loss this week. Think I'm going to end up weighing in on Sunday morning this week because we are thinking about staying in London overnight on Sunday to be ready to watch the Tour on Monday. Gonna try and fit another fast day in on Friday then hopefully be a very happy Sarah when I see those scales. It's not ideal having to move WI days around, I know, but life is doing it's best to get in the way at the moment...although in the best possible way!

Set for a yummy green day today - I'm actually really excited about it! The chilli has been in the fridge getting yummy since Sunday so it's going to be so tasty!

B - Overnight oats (1/2 HEXB1) with raspberries
L - Couscous salad with 1 syn sweet chilli sauce
D - Quorn chilli and black beans with rice and salad (topped with HEXA1 cheese and 1 syn NuMe creme fraiche - girls, you need to get to Morrison's and try this - it's much lower calorie than any others)
Snacks - banana, capuccino (HEXA2), Alpen Light (1/2 HEXB1), KitKat (5.5 syns)

Yay about not having to spend lots of time travelling :) always good to have the opportunity to tick things off your to do list!

Weighing in Sunday seems a fair and good decision. It would have been amazing if you had come to Yorkshire this weekend but I'm actually in Newcastle but in theory we would have been super close :D

Ahh that would have been crazy being so close. I keep telling Dave I want to go to York for a weekend as I love it there - I'll have to let you know when we book it!

Plus Dave's little sister is now back from China so will be at uni in Sheffield again from September. If we go and visit her, we might be able to get together? xxx
