Such a cute idea! I love eBay! Currently looking at a cool peacock feather headband on there for the wedding on 16th march...think I might make a little purchase tomorrow!
Had a lovely day thanks, lots of cooking and went for a long walk so got some low impact body magic in there!
The boyf called me at 9am this Morning so excited cos he's just bought a new car too! Must be the season for it! Meant to ask, how did the osteo go on fri?! Xx

Ah, bless the boy 
Osteopath was good on Friday, thank you. He was really pleased with me. Back there again in 2 weeks although it feels a bit achey again this morning - I must have slept funny!
Glad the ankle is on the mend; you'll be shredding again in no time!
Just WI in 10.1. Was hoping for a little more but still very happy. Such a shame I'm going to ruin it this week! We've got colleagues over from our head office in South Africa so am out for dinner tonight and afternoon tea tomorrow, then it's the hen. Going to be as good as I can but it's going to be gains-ville next week! Will then have 4 weeks til the wedding to get into those damn 9s!!

Agh afternoon tea is one of my most favourite things ever! so jealous! Sounds like a hectic week...but a fun one too!
You're only a teensy 2lb off those 9s so you'll be there in no time! Just think how quickly you've lost the few pounds you gained in Italy! This week will be a breeze in comparison...four weeks is ages away...I reckon you'll be at target by then!

Aww thank you, Ging! Here's hoping! Realistically, I'm thinking I'll be 10.3 next Monday, so that would mean losing 2lbs a week - but it's do-able.
I'm a sucker for afternoon tea too! My equivalent in South Africa is so lovely and so good at looking after me when I'm over in Jo'burg, it's now my turn to return the favour so I'm taking her to the Palm Court at The Langham (she's also just split up with her fella so needs major cheering up!). It looks absolutely exquisite and I'm so excited! We're on a course during the day and I've already emailed them to ask if I can have a salad for lunch so at least I won't be off plan all day.
Taking her for dinner with some other colleagues tonight, which should be good. Off to Chimichangas, where the food is fab, and they do a sea bass and veggies option which will keep me on plan. Might use a few syns for a glass of wine. On days where I can, I'm going to try and keep the syns to an absolute minimum for damage limitation!
Need to try and work out what I'm going to drink this weekend to minimise syns - G&T is best bet but I'm not a massive fan of tonic. Might go gin and soda with a dash of cranberry? Or there's always wine! We're doing gastropub Friday night, so I can make good choices there and then Green mezze on Saturday so I can make sensible choices there too - just need to keep away from the pitta and hummus!!

I'm back! Afternoon tea was amazing! Have some photos on my phone which I'll upload later. Totally off plan but totally worth it! And we did walk the entire length of Oxford Street on a massive shopping spree afterwards so at least I got some body magic!

Hey sweetie, just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for posting the pictures of your dresses - you have saved me! I have a wedding on Saturday and the dress I bought, wasn't feeling it. Then I saw your bargain of a buy (the primark black and White dress) and thought, let's just see if they have it in our store. And low and behold they did and it's absolutely gorgeous! I tried it on and its perfect for the wedding. It's doesn't look or feel cheap, material is really good. It's my first time buying something in Primark EVER so didn't know what to expect, am pleasantly surprised!
