I really am! Just hoping that I can get another one in the bag this week as I haven't had two losses in a row since February. Always going to be a toughie with it being Bank Holiday though. Do you have any plans for the long weekend? xx

I really am! Just hoping that I can get another one in the bag this week as I haven't had two losses in a row since February. Always going to be a toughie with it being Bank Holiday though. Do you have any plans for the long weekend? xx

Yeah bank holidays are so tricky! We've got friends coming on Saturday for a SW friendly BBQ (not that they will know! Hehe) but not sure about the rest of the weekend - hopefully plenty of chilling out in our newly tidy garden.

I think on Friday night I'm just going out around where I live. Just a quiet night really, nothing over the top! And then on Saturday it's a bigger night out. There's about 8 of us heading off to Durham, so it should be good! Looking forward to a nice long weekend xx

Sounds perfect! I need to be super good because I'm hoping to see a 9 on the scales on Monday and I don't want to do anything to jeopardise that. Will have to stock up on diet lemonade so I can drink loads of SW Pimm's!xx

I used tesco's own brand natural yoghurt - it was in a tall white tub. It was quite runny but worked perfectly. Hope that helps

We settled on a beautiful ruby necklace, which Mum will love

Might get Dad to help me get the furniture out of the garage later so the boy and I can have dinner outside.

Hmm quark might be a bit thick so you'd probably have to water it down a bit. Or do half and half? It looks like a watery sauce when you put it in to cook but it ends up thick and tasty

Hope your afternoon flies by and maybe you and Rob can have drinks in the sunshine this eve?xxx

So much body magic today! Went into town first thing and parked quite far out and walked in. Then came home and cleaned all the windows (inside and out) and mirrors (lots in our house!) with this fab new stuff I got in Wilko. I'm such a loser for getting excited about cleaning stuff! Lol. Now just bleached the whole bathroom and about to Hoover.

Luckily it's a rest day from crunches and squats but need to remember to do my plank. Might do it now actually!

I got a pair in primark a few weeks ago (£9 - bargain!) and I've already got a mark on them, so thought I'd better get a back up pair...and managed to go down a size! Got a pair of cut off denim shorts in Tesco in a 10 too, but that's deffo a fluke because my other tesco shorts are all a 12. Still nice to have in the wardrobe though!xx
