I gave myself a good talking to earlier because it's not long until the big day now and I need to snap out of this relapse and get back on it 100%.

I keep telling myself it's only until xmas and then I'm planning on getting fat and pregnant lol

What is club 10? I've heard it mentioned before but no ides what it is! xx
 
Club 10 is losing 10% of your bodyweight - which from your stats, you've already done!! :)

Ooh your wedding target is the same day, basically, as my holiday target! We'll have to try and keep each other on track!

Oh excellent! I've got 8lb to go for wedding target but would really like at least 10lb by then. Just seems to be coming off so slowly....

There were yet again more cakes at work today but I had a tiny nibble then binned it. Should never have taken it in the first place and I feel great for chucking it. Just come in and cut the grass so that must have burned a few calories lol xx
 
Well done for stopping at a nibble of cake. That's awesome. I've resisted a couple of work birthdays - it definitely gets easier!

I should cut my grass too but have only just got in so am gonna make a quick stir fry before the football starts instead! Xx
 
Today's nosh:

B - Muller Light with strawberries (I really should shake things up a bit sometimes, shouldn't I! But yogurts are so easy for work!)
L - Low Fat Super Noodles with stir fried veg (I think there are courgettes, mushrooms and spring onions in the fridge)
D - Off to a friend's baby shower tonight. We're having veggie lasagne. She knows I'm on SW so will take it easy on oil etc. I should be able to allow maybe 2 syns for that, then use my HEXA for cheese on top. It'll be served with a huge salad too. Choccie brownies for dessert apparently. Will try and resist those as I'm taking strawberries instead! Although might have half a one depending on calories (and, therefore, syns) as I'll have 6 spare for today...
 
I eat muller light & fruit every day for breakfast - I chop my fruit at home then top with my yog when I get in to work. I used to eat before work but it made me very hungry so now I hold off till 8.45am and it makes such a difference!!

I have to pick my dad & step-mum up from the airport later so going to have to scoff my carbonara down which is rubbish because then I will be starving by like 8pm!!

I love stir-frys and they are so quick and healthy but OH won't eat any of the veggies, he is a meat and carb man only and it pains me to watch him pick them all out so I rarely cook it. Might have to next time he's out though as I love them!

I'm going to try diet coke chicken at the weekend as I've heard good things about it being like a nice chinese style sauce - have you tried it?
 
PS. yet more cake at work today but I emailed the purchaser to request strawberries as well so I could still join in the celebrations :eek:) (his g/f said yes when he proposed! lol)
 
Aww engagement celebrations! How lovely! Good work on the strawberry request! We had a breakfast meeting today but the girl who organised it got me a fruit platter so I snacked on that and resisted the danish pastries!!

I haven't tried the Diet Coke chicken, but I have a real hatred of coke, so I think I'm going to try the Fanta instead, which is supposed to be like sweet and sour and sounds really yummy! You'll have to let me know how you get on.

Having dinner too early is never good for me. Have you got some mug shots or low fat super noodles in the cupboard you could snack on when you get back if you're starving?

Sounds like a good plan!

Ended up having slightly more of a synful dinner than planned last night. 1 piece of garlic bread with dinner (4 syns), a small piece of chocolate brownie for dessert (8 syns) and a small scoop of ice cream (2.5 syns). Still under 15 but more than I wanted to have really so will be super careful for the next couple of days to balance it out!
 
You don't eat many syns as a rule so I'm sure it will be alright. I hover around the 10 mark most days but I'm dreading the day when I need to cut back as I get closer to target!! xx
 
Yeah I've found my best losses when I average 8 a day so should still be fine this week :)

Food today:
B - Muller Greek Style (1/2 syn) and melon
L - Thai mug shot (1/2 syn) with spinach
D - turkey sausages (4 syns) with cheesy mash (HEXA) and veggies (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, peas)
Snacks - 15g Bran Flakes (1/2 HEXB), wafer thin ham, cucumber sticks, Alpen Light bar (1/2 HEXB), pink wafer (2 syns)

I am literally addicted to the muller light greek style with coconut - I have one every day and they taste amazing over crushed up meringue and strawberries with a squirt of low fat cream on top......making me hungry lol xx
 
Ooh I haven't tried the coconut ones yet, but the peach ones are totally lush! So creamy for half a syn!! I'm having a really hungry day at work today - luckily I've got a big Tupperware of melon to keep me going! xx
 
Haa yeah my pot of melon & grapes is what gets me through the afternoon at work! Going to attempt this diet coke chicken but I only have the citrus zest one so will see what it tastes like and failing that it will be in Maggie's So Juicy!! xx
 
It was edible and OH polished his off but was too sweet for me, luckily I had almost filled my plate with rice & cabbage and just had a tiny bit of chicken lol
 
Oh bless you! Might still give the Fanta one a go, because it makes sweet and sour so the sweet factor shouldn't be a problem.

I've got a whole day of budget meetings today (on a Friday - rubbish!!) so I shall mostly be grazing on the go. And I've just realised I forgot to pick up my yoghurt this morning. Damn it! So, then, food today:

B - melon, banana and Alpen Light (1/2 HEXB)
L - Tomato and Basil Mugshot with spinach and some ham thrown in and HEXA cheese
D - home made chicken biryani (haven't found a recipe yet but planning rice, chicken, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, peas plus plenty of spices)
Snacks - Alpen Light (1/2 HEXB), something pudding related TBC (maybe a Fab for 4.5 syns, maybe a scoop of Carte D'or for 2.5 syns with some strawberries...)
