Morning ladies! It's Friday, it's Friday, it's Friday! Whoop whoop! What a long week it has been!
Scales said 10.3 this morning (with a flicker of 10.2!). We are away all weekend so I'm probably going to take that as my WI just in case I go over syns. I'm going to try my utmost to be good though - I really want to get into the 9s.
We're driving to Poole stright from work tonight so will probably grab a Harvester or something easy on the way down. I've also made red velvet cupcakes as a pressie for the friends we're staying with, so will have one of them (I've worked out to be 8 syns).
B - Muller and raspberries
L - Leftover pasta bake (HEXA). Mango.
D - Harvester spitroast chicken with jacket potato and salad (2 syns for salsa)
Snacks - Bran Flakes (HEXB), banana, red velvet cupcake (8 syns)
Tomorrow will most likely be:
B - breakfast a gorgeous beachside cafe - poached eggs and spinach on wholemeal toast (HEXB)
L - TBC
D - Going to a restaurant/bar and have checked out the menu and their salads are gorgeous! You can mix and match the toppings so am gonna go for HEXA feta, roast chicken and edamame beans. Om nom nom! Will be using my syns on booze! Gin & slimline tonics 2.5 each so will try and stop at 4!
I have no idea about Sunay but we might end up at the cinema because the weather forecast is rubbish and if so, my syns will go on popcorn (11). Will try and be on here as much as poss to keep me on the straight and narrow!!!
What has everyone else got planned for the weekend? Today at work can't go quickly enough!
