god glad im not alone! !! its the hardest thing yet! iv bought a bottle of diet coke and im distracting myself but I feel hungry amd know its for choc! im keeping strong and will have some on Sunday as my cheat meal xx

feeling so grumpy and Crap!! I am so in the zone and know it's working and takes time but I feel so frumpy and so annoyed with myself for ever getting back to this! !! feeling very unattractive :( xx
 
food for today

porridge 65g
cashews
hot abd spicy chicken salad
2x rice cakes
apple
banana and Greek yog
chicken skewers and salad

was starving tonight so had va rice cake with peanut butter xx
 
I'm feeling the same hun but just think a couple of wk's on plan can make such a difference! Keep up the good work xx

I know it's hard but try not weighing mid wk, easier said than done like cos I did the same after a few days. I'm sure you'll get a loss xx
 
I went up 1lb but im just gonna stick with it. I feel better, lighter healthier so it has to start soon. im gonna do 1hrs cardio a day on top of walking dog and my training. and iv drank water and im gonna start the semtex . Il persevere xx
