hiya got my feta yesterday. It was a Greek feta for £ 1. had a busy day yesterday.
went to the laundrette first thing and I had some cashews then we had some lunch. Craig ate majority of this but i tried.

I went and got some food bits and had some chicken.
then the dreaded totm came and I became very fussy and didn't want anything. ..... was gonna make clean chicken pizza but my chicken didn't look like I wanted so took a strop.
decided to have a cheat meal and have a chicken wrap a diet coke then AN ice cream from the beach lol
back to it today. feel rubbish so this is testing me on my will power.

smashed an hours cardio today never in my life worked so hard. and done some abs.
had chicken with garlic and sweet potato for lunch
