I'm having a couple of days off SW. Just because I need to.
 
I have decided to stop this food diary and start using my fitness pal app. I want to keep a closer eye on my calories as well as sticking with slimming world. I want to try and make healthier choices and use my SYNS for healthy fats rather than crisps and sugary things. Thanks for all the support over the last 8 months.
 
Good luck Sawyer. I too have been hitting the healthier fats rather than the low syn options. Not sure its making a difference but with 10kg to go to a healthy BMI and IVF on the cards it might just get me past the weight stalling that I have been on.

I'm back! I need a new start with Slimming World. A year to the day I started. Have put on a few kg over Christmas but I'm feeling positive. Still not pregnant but hopefully 2017 will be my year!

Things fell apart. Feeling rubbish, and started a new fertility medication which has knocked me for 6! Woke up way too early too. Was awake from half 4, got up at half 6!
