It was amazing my mum was sat there with fruit and yoghurt She looked at me and said "you'll eat that and lose. Ill way this and put on half a stone " haha
My trick was to not go to the bar when the boys went I asked them to get me a pint of ice water. I think I drank about 9 pints if I'm totally honest!
The not eating mc Donald's was a real triumph for me! I used to have it at least once a week and I haven't been near one for ages. So for them to be eating it and for me just to steal a few chips means I've turned a corner.

Your day sounds lush! Well done on resisting the Cider and McDonalds, that's fab willpower although you could of used the remaining 15 dailies to have had something? Just don't want your body going into Starvation Mode, technically you only ate 16AP which is equivalent to 840cals, I'm not sure that's enough really? Especially in this heat! Omg Hun it was a lovely day I haven't laughed that much in a long time.

I was thinking about having something. But I don't have my eating out guide with me and I know what I'm like if I started eating something I would of just been eating all day. Will power would of just gone out the window lol and I weigh tomorrow so don't want to risk it!

I by no means starve myself. I'm never hungry although I do get what you mean about body going Ito starvation mode. I hope it doesn't I will be very disappointed!

You should try maybe to get extra pp in by having an extra potion of rice for dins or adding an extra weetabix for breakie and use them that way

If you go into starvation mode it'll show on the scales as your weight loss will slow & may be stop all together as your body goes into protection mode. It is a good idea to try & eat more, even if its in the mornings, say 3 weetabix instead of just 2 & normal bread if you know you'll not eat in the evening?? If I'm on a late shift I quite often have a big cooked lunch and then snack for dinner, that way I've had a 'proper meal'.

Well done on the willpower, I'd be on pints of lager & crisps in the pub with an large chicken nugget meal at Maccy D's!!!

What are your plans today??

I may try having an extra bowl of weetabix or something usually when Im off work I eat 3 meals but I was out all day yesterday so didnt have chance haha.

I hope I don't stay the same this week now too I will be rather annoyed!
I used to have a cooked breakfast in the morning if I'm working a long shift. But it's been way too hot for food ATM.

I was so tempted to have a cheese burger but I know i wouldn't of stopped at one lol and it was 11:30 so a bit late in the day for food lol.


I have no plans for today really just relaxing ha might go for a walk in a bit :) how about yourself?

Yeah it was lovely! I think we're going to do that every night that I'm not working through the summer. I love being with my mum and brother and even my mums family. I know as a 23 year old woman that is really sad but sod it i don't care!

I just saw your steps for today! Well done! Excellent amount!!
 
That's not sad at all. At the end of the day friends come and go but family are there for life so enjoy every moment you have with them.

I literally didn't do anything until about 7 o'clock this evening. I'm a lazy cow lol

Still managed to clock up 8 activity points :) which was good :)

I've not really got much else to say about today haha I didn't do much at all.

Food wise.

Breakfast:
Got up at 11 so no breakfast

Per lunch:
2 ww crackers 1pp
15g peanut butter 2pp
19g poppadum sensations 2pp

I was going to have more but I wasn't fussed on the crackers so only ate half lol

Lunch:
3x ww bread. 3pp (Everyone has been saying that 2 slices is 3pp but mine came out as 2pp??? 3 however is 4pp I've always counted it as 3 though so sod it!!)
3x ww cheese 3pp
100g sweet chilli turkey 3pp
Hoops and crosses 2pp
Medley 3pp

Dinner:

Ww steam and serve 5pp
Ww naan 3pp
85g breaded chicken breast 4pp

The red is just brown bread and I think that the green is malted? Not sure though!!

We didn't end up going. I am a little bit annoyed because I could have made other plans and mum was still making out like we were going out until like 4 o'clock when it was too late.

I came in from meeting and said to mum so where we going and she was like "I've just woken up" which was rubbish ha she was up b4 me and I went out at 9!!!! Lol

Thanks Hun I am pleased with my 4 :) can't complain really
