How has everyone's Wednesday been?
I've had an alright day as a whole.
I really enjoy going to my meeting on a Wednesday morning. Everyone is really helpful and encouraging.
I always come out feeling like next week is going to be a good one! Tbf it usually is
So! My day started off well! I actually lost this week! 4lb off I would of liked it to be 5lbs off to make up for my stay the same last week and keep me on track for my 2.5lbs a week.
I said that to my leader and she put it into perspective for me she said that I've lost 19lb in 5 weeks and that an average of nearly 4lbs a week so I can't complain haha. Which is true! So I went away a happy Vicky.
Especially as before I opined a meeting I was losing 1 week then putting half on the next with no explanation or reason why so I'm glad it's coming off a bit steadier.
I was supposed to be going out with my mum and brother for the day. Came back from wi at about 11 ish. Waited around forever and no one seemed to be moving so I was like are we going anywhere then.... The answer was no. Pufft pain in the bum mother!!
Anyway this evening I decided I would do my Josie Gibson 30 second slim DVD which came in the post today..... It was hard work Im not going to lie. I was sweating within about a minute of starting it but I earnt 5 a/p in half an hour as I put my pedometer onto high intensity mode. The DVD itself involves a lot of things on your hands and knees and a lot of squatting too. I'm not very good at squatting I think my form is all wrong but ill keep going and see what happens.
I also bought the 30 second slim DVD to try as well as it was only £5 something. So they came together today
Food wise I haven't done to badly eaten a fair bit of junk though still within my points but I feel a bit bad about it which is why I had to do some sort of exercise to make myself feel a bit better. We were talking about that in meeting today that if you have that little treat earn some points to cover it
Ohhhh also I reset my pedometer today so that my activity points and my weeklies start on a Wednesday
Okay so I didn't have breakfast until 11 because I refuse to eat anything before wi!

I did eat quite a lot of cheese today naughty Vicky! I'm about to have a hot chocolate with squirts cream and marshmallows all for 2 pp so that's 36/37. Serena you will be proud lol
