We didn't end up going. I am a little bit annoyed because I could have made other plans and mum was still making out like we were going out until like 4 o'clock when it was too late.

I came in from meeting and said to mum so where we going and she was like "I've just woken up" which was rubbish ha she was up b4 me and I went out at 9!!!! Lol

Omg I am actually dying lol sweating like a pig. I can actually say that I gave it my all!

I earnt 5 activity points doing it though so for half an hour that's not bad!

It involves a lot of squats and press up type things.

There's a few different levels. I'm sticking to level one for now though haha

How has everyone's Wednesday been?

I've had an alright day as a whole.
I really enjoy going to my meeting on a Wednesday morning. Everyone is really helpful and encouraging.
I always come out feeling like next week is going to be a good one! Tbf it usually is :)

So! My day started off well! I actually lost this week! 4lb off I would of liked it to be 5lbs off to make up for my stay the same last week and keep me on track for my 2.5lbs a week.
I said that to my leader and she put it into perspective for me she said that I've lost 19lb in 5 weeks and that an average of nearly 4lbs a week so I can't complain haha. Which is true! So I went away a happy Vicky.

Especially as before I opined a meeting I was losing 1 week then putting half on the next with no explanation or reason why so I'm glad it's coming off a bit steadier.

I was supposed to be going out with my mum and brother for the day. Came back from wi at about 11 ish. Waited around forever and no one seemed to be moving so I was like are we going anywhere then.... The answer was no. Pufft pain in the bum mother!!

Anyway this evening I decided I would do my Josie Gibson 30 second slim DVD which came in the post today..... It was hard work Im not going to lie. I was sweating within about a minute of starting it but I earnt 5 a/p in half an hour as I put my pedometer onto high intensity mode. The DVD itself involves a lot of things on your hands and knees and a lot of squatting too. I'm not very good at squatting I think my form is all wrong but ill keep going and see what happens.
I also bought the 30 second slim DVD to try as well as it was only £5 something. So they came together today :)

Food wise I haven't done to badly eaten a fair bit of junk though still within my points but I feel a bit bad about it which is why I had to do some sort of exercise to make myself feel a bit better. We were talking about that in meeting today that if you have that little treat earn some points to cover it :)

Ohhhh also I reset my pedometer today so that my activity points and my weeklies start on a Wednesday :)

Okay so I didn't have breakfast until 11 because I refuse to eat anything before wi!

Breakfast:

I did eat quite a lot of cheese today naughty Vicky! I'm about to have a hot chocolate with squirts cream and marshmallows all for 2 pp so that's 36/37. Serena you will be proud lol

4lb oh my god that's fantastic you are doin so well and clock up some amount of ap every day so all your hard work defo pays off. Bet ur glad you didn't have a few drinks with the boys at the weekend. It's a killer at the time when everyone's drinkn away but it's so worth it when ya hop on the scales

Sweating isn't even the word! I was dripping lol sexy I know!

If I look at the big picture I'm happy with my 4lb I hope I get a good loss next week too :)
I aim to earn 60 aps a week. So keep your fingers crossed for me haha
I'm so glad I did t have a drink. I'm not a big drinker anyway I get really hot if I drink so it would of made the heat even worse lol
I was happy with my iced water and fruit.

This is going to sound like I'm up my own bum but I feel like I earn a good loss because I don't deviate from the plan. Well other than under eating I suppose!! Haha

Think I'm going to hunt out that Josie Gibson DVD, sounds great. I'm doing a 10k in two weeks, so I'm just running at the moment as I don't want to tire my body out too much, but once that's done I need to do some strengthening stuff like squats etc... May have to hunt it out!

Just a quick update for today!
Haven't really done much if I'm honest! Got up at 9. Not too late but not exactly early!

Had breakfast and helped mum to cut my brothers hair. They've both gone to asda no so I'm home alone :( haha I was a bit to sweaty when they left to go with them unfortunately lol

Did my Josie DVD again this morning and it was a killer again haha. I wouldn't say I'm extremely unfit for a fatty either but MY GOD I nearly died. Only 4 activity points earned today which is a bit weird not sure if its because I changed my weight on my pedometer after my exercise yesterday. Thinking about it it probably is! I should get another 3 or 4 activity points while I'm in work today so it's not all bad :)

I have work at 5 so I've tried to have a bigger meal for lunch as I won't be eating dinner. I was just going to have my usual but some one had put my weight watchers cheese at the back of the fridge so it's gone all icey. Very annoyed!!

Last nights hot chocolate was yummy

I'm so pleased to see that you're using more Dailies, Weeklies are a luxury which some use, some don't, dailies should always be used. X

It's highlights hot chocolate 1pp. I use half milk and half water but you can just use water. Up to 5g of marshmallows are free and I use nu me squirty cream for 1pp too :)

My legs are in agony!!!!! And my arms are hurting too. It's only half an hour though so you can get through the pain :)

Nah the one I have is 23g for 1pp, I just stand my bowl on the Scale and zero it lol x

I have the nu me one too I don't use much on top of a hot chocolate so I call it 1pp :)
 
Hey everyone.

Just a quick update before I call it a night.
I had a really short shift in work today I only did 5-8 because we were quite quiet. I wasn't complaining though as I had black jeans on and I was boiling. Not to mention that every fiver of my being was killing from Josie!

Instead of just having a freddo earlier I melted a milky bar as well and dipped some strawberries into it. Yummy!!

When I got in from work I was a bit puckish so I had some pretzels 22g for 2 pp.

That didn't satisfy me so I though I'd use the rest of my milk on some more weetabix and banana. 4pp this time around because that means I've had 4 today.

So that's an extra 8 pp for today.

Me too I like that its clearly distinguishable from their other products. Tesco is quite good for that too!

It was painful. I'm paying for it now though! Lol.
