21s to 17s is not too shabby & to 16s next week (fingers crossed) - amazing!!!

I think you should try & at least eat all your dailies - you may see better outcomes. Try it for a week & see, it's good to play around with the weeklies & things too. I eat all of mine & pretty much lose every week :)

If you don't Wana use your dailies on junk why don't you have more meat or more potatoes etc with dinner or something! I always have a treat every night I try to leave about 6pp to have something nice. Tbh with you I don't think it really matters how you use your dailies as long as you use them is all that matters!!

Bearing in mind we work on Sunday to Sunday so it won't be up until tomorrow now that's less than 48 hours notice. Bloody ridiculous!

If you don't Wana use your dailies on junk why don't you have more meat or more potatoes etc with dinner or something! Still got half hour till I start work and there's some mingling man sat in the pub proper hacking up flem. Disgusting.

Nope. It's not fair. It was up by the time I came home though. Much better hours the week. Almost full time and!! 3 days off brilllllll :)

Had a nice big breakfast then didn't feel like lunch so just made myself a milkshake.

My mum dad and brother went away today they've gone to Wigan because my brother Is in a boccia tournament. He plays boccia for Wales. It's a sports for people with CP. but anyway they're away now until Monday so I'm at home. On my own. I don't like it lol.

Work was okay I had a short shift which is nice to ease you in as today is technically my Monday haha

Earnt 7 activity points which isn't too bad for a 5 hour shift :).

I am now at home in bed. Watching sex and the city again. Lol I love this series!

Food wise I haven't done too bad. Serena will shout at me for not eating my points though lol xx

I know. I tried having a big breakfast but then I was full lol. And I don't like to rapt after about 9 o'clock. I've had a mammoth breakfast today though I think it's like 20pp lol

I eat the majority when I'm not working. Because I work at awkward times its hard to fit food in. I never thought I would say I didn't have time for food lol!!
Not really I'm on work right through till Monday now. I quite like having 3 days off durning the week though If I'm totally honest.

We didn't have any other bread in the house so I defrosted a bread roll that alone is 6pp madness! So 18pp on breakfast!
Ill still take my ww meal to work just incase I fancy it.

Working 12-10 today so that's a decent shift :)

May be get some mixed nuts, seeds & dried fruit & bag them into 4pp bags & take them to work. Filling, nutritious & a high pp snack to up your dailies!

He is quite good he goes to competitions all the time. But some days he's just rubbish lol

I known I'm in work every day until they come back I'd rather that though :)

I am currently on my break in work. It's quite busy. Which is nice. It makes the day go quicker. :)
I've only earnt 3 activity pints so far today however I didn't have any steps b4 I stated work so I suppose 8000 in 4 hours is okay :)

So anyway I'm say on my beak watching skins on my iPad. I'm only in until 10 today which means no cleaning the bar down!
I use wading and putting the glasses away as my daily weight training haha. You'd be surprised how heavy they are by the crate lol.

Anyway food wise I've eaten loads today.
