Oh hun, sorry I wasn't around. Phone was plugged in. Sounds like it was all resolved nicely though. Good plan wacking a ball for a while. I'm sure WI will be fab!
 
well done on the loss, any loss is great hun (I know I feel the same with my half lb losses and they're all I seem to manage lol) but at least its all in the right direction :)
 
Well done on the loss hun. It hasn't been the easiest of weeks so it's great that you still got some off. I'm sure you'll be on for a great result next week x

Thanks to you all, it's been a bit up and down this week and I didn't post here but when I sneaky peeked at the scales on Tuesday they showed a 6lb gain so just thankful they were lying to me!
Seem to have cracked the red days so I'll be doing a couple more this week including today!
Breakfast - grapes banana and ff fromage frais. hexa1 milk through day in drinks

Lunch- probably ryvita with ham, tomato puree and cucumber. Fruit for pudding.

Dinner - depending on when I finish work, if I have time I'll pop home before Zumba for an omelette followed by pizza toast after Zumba. If not I'll prob just have pizza toast with salad.

Ok slight change but only cos I was hungry early, this morning was a rush so only had a banana for breakfast. Therefore was starving when we got in so had half hexb1 of ryvita with tom puree, ham and cucumber as a snack while I was making the girls lunch and then had the other 1/2hexb1 on 1 small sliced of toast with tinned tomatoes on it so I had something to sit and eat with the girls. Still peckish so had ww wavy crisp things (3.5syns) followed by a plum.

Off out again in a min to park so might have a minimilk lolly for 1.5 then got my hospital appointment second follow up from where I was admitted with my asthma last year. Hopefully will be a quick in and out appointment as have to take the girls with me. Going armed with a bag of books and quiet toys!
 
Not going to let it throw me off! I know mine are the same as sw so def putting it down to shoes, jeans lunch and water!
Just had a call from my sister in law and she is coughing her lungs up so doesn't want to go to Zumba tonight but we will go Tuesday instead. To be honest I feel so tired it's a bit of a welcome call to get! Will go round hers for a cuppa and chat with her and my brother and a squidge with my nephew then home to do an online Zumba thing so I get some exercise in but won't feel silly if I stop!
Consultant appointment at the hospital went really well, he is pleased enough with my progress that he has discharged me. Just under the gp for my asthma now :)
 
Don't say it often but I'm proud of myself tonight!
Went to sis in laws for a cuppa and while I was there decided to to aquafit for a gentle workout as I was missing Zumba. got there just in time but its change since last time I went...boy has it changed! Last time was like gentle jogging and treading water while you can touch the floor. My god....the new teacher works you hard! My arms and legs felt like they were going to fall off! Actually had to stop to catch my breath at one point. Knackering but feel much better for it.
Then mike asked me to get him some beer on my way home as I pass tescos, I went in there starving which is not a good thing. Had mad cravings for a donut and some crisps. Came out with a pot of pineapple, pot of melon chunks, cooked chopped chicken, tomato purée, half syn jelly pot and a muller light! Go me :) I've had pizza toast with chicken using hexb2 hexa2, about to have fruit and yogurt then a half syn jelly if I fancy it after.

Total syns for the day if I have the jelly-
Ww crisps 3.5
Mini milk 1.5
One finger of a timeout bar 4
Jelly 0.5
Total 9.5
