Lol got enough wind to fly a kite but still no other movement! Almost had a hissy fit this morning my scales playing silly ruggers again! At 6.50 am it was saying12st 7! 5lbs on! I actually cried a little bit! I know I had an off plan day but I was actually really good and certainly didn't deserve that. I tried again at 7.15am and it was 12st2 so Sts again! Much better! When will I learn not to weigh early just cos I'm up to go for a wee?!
I think the next 2 weeks will be a good loss as despite being home and lots of plans I won't have the snacks at work.
The thing I've realised is that if I do need 2 mins peace at work while they watch something, literally the only place I can have it is in the kitchen so I'm sure I end up eating just for the sake of it. Usually free stuff but my syns do tend to get used in that kitchen then I get annoyed at myself that I wasted them rather than save them for a real treat in the evening.
Anyway so next 2 weeks are at home and on plan despite meals out and stuff.
Exciting news I've just booked our Wembley tickets for bank holiday Monday so that will be the only tricky day I'm the 2 weeks as we will be out from 8am till at least 8pm and football=drinking but it's so bloody expensive in Wembley stadium I'll stick to soft drinks during the game. At the pubs before and after I can have martini to keep the syns low and will try and encourage the boys (3 drunk men , wish me luck) to stop for food somewhere I can make a good choice like a potato or something.
McFly is at Brighton Centre minky, very excited! Need to leave work on time and rush back to horsham to pick up mum then off to Brighton for ideally 6.45pm so it will be tight. I'm not stopping to chat I'm leaving the second mum boss gets home tonight! She tried to get me to stay till 6 despite me telling her numerous times since I booked the tickets that under no circumstances can I stay late in this one occasion. Fool.
Anyway enough rambling.
Food for today
Breakfast 2 weetabix with chopped banana with water and splash of skimmed milk from hexa.
Lunch chickpea Dahl with veggies.
Dinner will be tricky as I will hardly have any time and will be driving from when I leave work till I get to concert. I might have some pasta before I leave work so that will keep me going plus have saved one hexb and one hexa if i keep it green so if I need to grab something I've got some flexibility.
