Having a lovely lazy morning :) still in bed have only got up for a wee and to get a coffee. Oh and to do some squats randomly!

Need to drag myself up in a min and eat, think today will be green!

Breakfast will prob just be a banana as its late! Milk for drinks 1/2 hexa1
Lunch jacket potato with hexa2 cheese and tinned tomatoes/beans mixed, with salad
Dinner marmite Philly pasta (1/2 hex a1)with lots of veg. Mike is out at a lads poker night and the host is cooking so I've got the girls round. The aren't eating with me though so ill do dinner before. Will be on the martini, will measure it out before they get here so I've got my syns pre planned. Will prob measure enough out for 6 drinks which is 15 syns but prob wont drink them all. Did say I'd get some nibbles in, will prob get some Alpen lights to have instead as I haven't used any hexb's yet x

Also I curled my hair earlier with my straighteners as a test and it actually stayed in! Curled it at about 2pm and my friend took this pic at 12.30am and its still curly :) normally even heated roller curls fall out within a couple of hours so I'm happy!

Evening all, sorry for the silence, had a properly lazy couple of days, didn't eat much yesterday but not the best things as the hangover was totally unfair compared to the drink I drunk but it seems to have become the norm for me! Mike ordered a meat feast pizza so I had a slice of that plus some fruit then a slice of toast in the evening! No idea how many syns, must be within daily syns though?
Today has been much better, weetabix and banana for breakfast, eggs and tomatoes for lunch followed by chicken biriyani for dinner. First attempt at making a biriyani and it was ok! I managed to make the curry before i layered with the rice "blow your face off" heat strength so added a few syns worth of creamed coconut to counteract it and it ended up being really tasty.
Need to go shopping tomorrow, run out of fruit and craving an apple..

Yesterday I'm not sure exactly what I was thinking but as I had nothing in cos we were waiting for shopping delivery I had 3hexbs on an extra easy day. Had weetabix for breakfast, lunch there was nothing but toast and beans then for dinner I found a lone chicken breast and made Cajun chicken with sweet potato and the dregs of salad being the only superfree I had all day? Then got hungry again and had 2 ryvita. Didn't hit the spot so had a wispa gold! :(

Today well and truly sabotaged myself, weetabix again for breakfast with a banana (bought it when I went to get the chocolate!) luckily shopping was delivered this morning so got some fruit now.
Went to meet a friend for lunch and ended up in McDonald's, followed by a chocolate bar. felt sick all afternoon cos of it, threw up then was hungry again. Actually managed an on plan dinner, mayalsian chicken curry, but feeling so rubbish about the extra crap I've had. Tomorrow should be fine as just going to a friends for coffee.

Seems as soon as I start doing ok and getting back on plan I sabotage myself, I have had my period this week but can't blame that every time! Blah.
 
Your hair looks lovely curled with the straighteners :) I'd love to be able to do that with mine but always fail with nice big loose curls like that (I can manage little tight ringlets)
 
Thanks hun, it's a bit like curling ribbon with a blade lol. Get the section in the straighteners near the top and curl them under or over till the hair is wrapped round once (doing some under and some over makes it look more natural) then run the straighteners down. If it won't slide unroll it till it does slide but you want some resistance (like the blade curling the ribbon) so if it slides too easily with no resistance roll the straighteners under or over more while you pull. Does that make any sense at all? X
 
My hairs the same with curlers, the only thing that stays in for me is the medium tongs you get. Your hair looks nice like that :)

We all have days where we sabotage ourselves, I'm still not sure why I do it, starting to think I eat when I'm bored though! You didn't do too bad, especially with the teas you made xx

Was the Malaysian chicken from the Asia book? I've heard that one is really good but haven't had a chance to make it yet. x

Good idea fran, my aim today has been keeping my meals on plan, have gone a little over syns but not too bad. Will get back on the wagon one thing at a time!

Breakfast- weetabix hexb1 with banana and hexa1 milk
Lunch hexb2 toast with hexa2 cheese and tomatoes. Apple
Snack (this was my wobble as I had to go to the shop to buy a birthday card. I stood looking at the cakes and pastries for 5mins, that's why I decided to let myself go over within reason) kettle chips (10syns) magnum choc bar (10)
Dinner veg and lentil stew with a little pasta. Really yummy, don't know why I don't make this more often, so simple and mega cheap!
 
Dinner sounds lovely. It's best to go a little over one day than feel deprived and falling off the wagon so good decision. That's why I do weekly syns, I feel much more in control then and happier if I have more on the odd day. What are the magnum chocolates like? They have a cornetto chocolate now i saw today in my hunt for peanut butter kitkats.

Ive got your lentil cheese bake thing planned for this week, and I picked up the 50 free green recipes book in group today so soon you will be flooded with new green recipe ideas!
 
They were really good! You get 3 little chocs in the bar and they have a vanilla cream filling. Really nice and as there's 3 separate ones easy to make last if you aren't a gannet like me! Very rich but yummy!
Weighing in the morning (will def have gained this week) then will get back to planning my week. Other than Monday the rest of the week should be low syn and easy. she says.. Will stay low syn to make up for Monday. X
 
yeah, move in tomorrow, so obviously I stay out until 23:45 the night before. LOL. Got a food delivery booked for tomorrow afternoon and mum's picked up some bits for me too. I just want to get nate's curtains up tomorrow, so I need to set up my sewing machine which I haven't used in years and I can make the 2nd curtain for Nate's room. How come you aren't in the land of nod lady?
