Slinking back in..sorry for the absence head not been in the right place al all the last few weeks and went so for off plan I weighed in last week at my original starting weight 12st12.
this was at 6.30pm so it was after days eating but still...
I have however already taken the bull by horns and got back on plan properly. Didn't want to rush back here after just one day as I would be so ashamed if I then fell off again, but having got a working week on plan and 2 runs under my belt (decided to re do the couch to 5k running plan again) I feel I can come back and start posting a bit more again.
I know it's not a true weight loss as its 6.30pm vs 11am (had a long lie in!) but this morning when I got up I weighed at 12st4 so hoping the water weight loss from getting back to It will give me a decent loss on Tuesday evening.
I will go back to Thursday morning as my regular weigh in time it want to weigh Tuesday eve to get an idea of the first week.
Running is going well, so far so good! The first day almost killed me and wondered what the hell I was doing. Thursday was SO much better and really feel I can do it again and keep it up this time.
