I think it's really lovely that you're meeting. I think it would be great for people to meet up and thank them face to face for all their support.

Meeting for 1pm, but if Jan comes earlier that is fine... going for lunch, and then coming back to my office for a wee cup a coffee..it is coffee you drink Jan isnt it? Or is it tea.....cant offer you V&C unfortunately!

I felt sick before she came...was so nervous....but it was fine..the strangest thing was hearing Jan talk....eh, Jan! Been so used to talking on here and then all of a sudden here was this woman talking in a Liverpudlian (posh, of course) accent

Wonderful Bev! Jan arrived just before 1pm and I think she left my office just before 4pm...it went so quickly and well, it really was lovely to meet her and to meet up!

Would recommend it to anyone ;-)!!!

I cant remember what day I am on today..haha..and well, food gone to pot....brekkie wasnt much as I felt too sick to eat.....think I had the smallest bowl of cereal.

Lunch was a chicken wrap...but was it a wrap and a half..Jan will post the piccies...it tasted as good as it looked AND I think we left some coleslaw and that was it!! hahaa...... cake and coffee followed!!

I then had pasta and salmon tonight and a choc bar!! ahh...but, I didnt go to the gym as it was just too nice, so as soon as I got home I went straight into allotment till 9.30 then made dinner......

Steps today!!! DRUM ROLLL......CANT BELIEVE THIS 18,006!!! no wonder my legs and back ache....this is the most so far! I have walked equivalent of 10km today!! 10km..so anything off plan has been well and truly walked off!!!!!

I need to get back on track tomorrow, but meeting another friend on Friday!!!!! A girl I used to work with and havent seen in about 3 years..I reckon 2010 is the year of meeting new people and reunions!!!!! WONDERFUL!! LOVE IT!!!!!

I am feeling good and had such a lovely day that I dont want it to end!

have had a Mars Bar today and another pkt of crips :-( I have lost momentum....I know I have, but I will get back on track....dont feel bad about it, so I suppose that is good....so long as I dont become complacent!!

I wanted to use up all the things in the freezer!!

I have done around 14,000 steps...here was me saying I was taking it easy today, AND I have...had to water two allotments and they are fairly big and filling up the can and watering each bed took a good hour and walking backwards and forwards.

My knees and legs are still sore as is my back and neck..feel like a right moaner but just sore AND I have this walk on Saturday and dont want to miss it as we have a great time..it is with the girls on reception and we really do have fun, so I want to go!! I think I will have to wear my knee stocking things on the day!!! Not a good look with shorts, but, eh ho!!

Tanya, not had all my water....had about 2 ltres today....mmm..need to get a grip!!!!!
