Yeah some form of exercise that you enjoy is what you need. I used to go swimming regularly, but I didn't enjoy it (or all the hair care palaver which came with it) so it was a task. My rule was 3 x a week, 30 mins non stop. I hated 28 minutes x 3 of my life each week!

If you get yourself back into ketosis, it'll all be easy. When was your last extra? 3 or 4 days ago? You might be there. Careful with too regularly adding extra oatbran as it can affect vitamin (and other medication) assimilation. Fine as an odd thing though, particularly if you're looking not to crack. Best is to have a roasted chicken in the fridge... and pick off it! Or cube up some meatloaf as Mouse suggested. Excellent idea!

Ref "flab" - is it skin? If so, things do tighten up in time... I promise you that. Perhaps not as much as you would like, but it will...

Exercise is great also - even just my walking - to get rid of stress... I am SOOO calm after my furious stomps to work!

I know you can get this last bit off! No biscuits etc though - it just makes it harder for yourself... stick in ketosis!

yep im definately going back into Ketosis got the headache ect ....
i have really flabby untoned thighs really horrible looking ....
and the usual batwings saggy behind i look like im 90 .....
im going to make meatloaf ect and keep in the fridge im banishing the nice stuff out of the house for Feb!!!
 
Good for you Tan! When people say they get it in for their kids, I often think "why?". We didn't have (much of) that sort of food as kids, and some of the vertically challenged waddlers I see when I come home are frightening! Even if your kids are skinny, good to teach them healthy habits anyway...

Let's go to get this weight thing sorted soonest! and get you into Conso! Else I'll be feeding you chicken cubes when we meet! hihi!

yep my lad is carb heavy , but the girls are fine ...the littlest has chocolate issues would dip her veg in it if you let her , so time to tough up and get them healthy eating again

Felt like a dog for the past coupla days...so dukanning again - got the tupperware out and getting my bake on as we speak :)

dukan ok bit up and down but think its the mixture of weather and lack of exercise !!!

im ok this week as im going to egg it a bit and see what happens decided muffins and dukan bread not good for me so galettes all the way !!!

as for dukan - vanilla moist cake and egg custards all the way for me :)

when eggs feature highly for me I always do better on all fronts :) x
