have become addicted to english mustard be it on chicken or beef god knows how many calories ! and the heat rush off eat bite is wow
 
Scrumper, if you are worried about the mustard (btw, is there English mustard without sugar in it?), try mixing it with fat-free yoghurt for marinading; I got addicted to the yoghurt + dijon mustard and especially retro-mustard (? you know, the one with whole seeds in it?) on chicken yummmmmmmm...
It's sinful!
 
i may buy the english mustard powder get the same kick i expect !!! will try adding yogurt tomorrow !!!

ok busy day changing beds ect girls have the dreaded nits , bleedy annoying the combing method isnt working and hedrin costs a fortune
so stripped the beds and tonight will be hair night
they only have 2 days left of school half term next week !!

morning all ...tired today and was hungry last night had a pickled egg can of pepsi max which makes a change from binge!!! , also means im around a week away from totm ( seems to muck me up for nearly two weeks grrrr) still want to get it done with before this walk on the 5th ...got transit issue and feel bloated as well ...so woe is me , LMAO
