i ate a whole yogurt cake last night Jos recipe !!!! and i still weigh 142 this morning this is very strange!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway have ordered my euros , picked up the animals bits and bobs
Done a few jobs pulled a sickie on the computer course
next on list is clean fish tank one goldfish with a 4ft tank to himself lucky thing ,,,
then have to try and convert some wma files to mp3 that should be fun

cake was to die for not sure i made it right was a bit like a lemon souflee(sp) but i savoured every mouthful lol sent a picture to my friend who text me back something rude i think she will be a dukan convert soon shes making dukan muffins daily so we shall see

Like with all Dukan recipes, they rarely turn out twice the same in different ovens so you've personalised my recipe if it was souffle like. I think actually my round silicon tart mould is too big for the mixture, but increasing the mixture wouldn't be a good idea cos I'm greedy!

Sooo... your bags must be nearly finished... you must be excited! Girls too!
