Welcome back:D.

Thanks for the heads up, Tan. The older two no longer want to go (is it wrong that I'm pleased?) in favour of elsewhere for this year, but will bear it in mind for next.

Glad you're back on the proteiny straight and narrow!

lol Laura be greatful ....too be honest its an overpriced theme park ...they had more rides at blackpool.......

Im having my arm twisted now to go to peppa pig land at Paultons park but at 70+ squid i think not !!!!!

day2 ket on its way made sure ive eaten loads and also sorting transit issues out .....
stomach already going down which is good . note to self more water

Hey scrumpie... how's tricks? When you say you're eating lots, care to share on quantities (thinking ahead here to my return from holiday!). Sticking to plain stuff?

The weather here now is absolutely fabulous. You really chose the "wrong" week alas.

We were talking with a newbie about yoghurts in the other section, and she'd bought the wrong ones so I compared the ingredients of the one I let you try to Mullers. The French are lower in carbs, but you tried one and the texture (and size pot) is very different also, yes? How did you find it? I'm looking forward to a Muller when I come home mind!

yep will post amounts lunchtime out all morning
will say i had a sneaky wi this morning and im 146 .2 was 142.8 before i went away .....so big grin this end knowing its coming off and wont take long to be back where i was x

BIGGER grin from me (cos it might happen to me too after so little time, and a lot of chicken!!)

cool and i did over do the french carbs badly !!!!!

food today
b galette and one dry fried egg
L 3 THIGHS AND 2 DRUMSTICKS
D 2chicken breasts stuffed with a 0% cheese (cant wait any longer !!)
snacks sf jelly 1 pot 2 cans pepsi maxi usual water
if i get hungry ive two pieces of rump steak and i will eat them
so im not going hungry

Jo i ate about 3/4 chicken on monday but stopped when not hungry ...my body has fallen straight back into dukan with not a problem its remembering to actually eat more ....I think i will have to dukan for life as on dukan you can pig out , but with normal food if you pig out you would pile it on straight away !!!

Excellent sounding good... I've not mentioned it elsewhere, and don't tell anyone, but I'm wearing a pair of CREAM SUMMER TROUSERS I've not been able to get into for two years! (OK a bit podgy bellied but I'm very happy!)

I shall do just as you suggest Scrumps. Only difference being that I'm taking the battery out of those scales.

ummm yes only 3 times though !!!!! buzz lightyear laser ride took over , dont think spending the whole time nuking the OH was the idea though

Only 3 times - so you were let off lightly, then. ;):D

The Buzz Lightyear ride wasn't there when we visited the park. I think we went there during the first year of opening or so - it's probably changed beyond recognition since then.

yep its dirty and scruffier lol .....buzz was fun you could shoot people with lazers !!!!
thunder mountain got the most goes with the kids they loved it

Jo your yogurt was lovely , i actually preffered it to muller
and get you in your skinny trousers !!!!!

Im dropping attack mode in favour of strict pp for the rest of the week ok nearly the same lol .......
and will resume stat counting when im at 144 that way im not changing tickers about .....
right off to do some bits have to redo a load of paperwork thanks to royal mail grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Welcome back Tan. Paultons is dear and you don't ever see offers around for it. When my kids were little we found it was good having a season ticket because we are so close - it wasn't a lot more than a day's entrance, and it meant we were able to just pop along for a couple of hours on a sunday afternoon.

My DD used to love Postman Pat and pestered once to go to MArwell Zoo where they had a Postman Pat day. Well, you have never seen a mankier PP costume in your life:D

oh god postman pat and his black and white cat !!!!! thats stuck in my head now , at least its a small............ has been replaced

nah I didnt put the ending on ................................. anyway my tiny 5 yr old loved it , but then she also went on the tower of terror ( you wouldnt get me on it ) 13 floors up and a shear drop ekkkkkkkkkkk

have a headache cant sleep and im bored ...taps fingers on side impatient like !!!

Marwell Zoo - that brings back NASTY memories. I don't know how many school trips I went on there (you know the sort, with a questionnaire to do on the coach - so that you get travel sick - and another as you walk round the zoo!). I hated school trips! ugh!

can't sleep Scrumps? Hope it's just a getting into ketosis thing...

You didn't have to put the bit on the end. Once you've experienced the ride, you become like a Pavlovian dog - one mention of the words "it's", "a" and "small" start off the neverending music in your head.

Or is that just me? ;):D

I loved the Tower of Terror! I'm really glad it's a small....I mean, it's still going.

Love the sound of your 5 year old. My 5 yeard old niece is the same - completely fearless. She even bursts out laughing whenever she falls and hurts herself (trained by her ex-army dad!)!

Hope you managed to get some it's a sm...sleep.

*starts humming THAT song to herself*
