off out to swimming with the kids in a mo ....friends down after ......
Went to a bbq last night ate too much but didnt even look at bread rolls sauces ect though did have sausages ekkk(not like it was a creme cake ) and i did have a drink either pepsi max all night
still back to normal today so food mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm hard one as have burgers in fridge that im debating freezing or eating it will be if the weather warms up

ive just done my height and ive grow and inch !!!!!!!!!! strange
 
have been awake for an hour cant sleep OH gone to work woke me up cant get back to sleep , if i get out of bed im going to be useless by 5pm
My day to day consists of tidying maybe a beach trip and making a roast dinner , what a boring life i lead

I can see I'll need to patent my tofu yoghurt cake recipe! Mine does me five days... Scrumps, you're a gannet! ;)

As for growing, that's brilliant cos your BMI reduces!

Somewhere in the (French at least) book, he advises against continuing "for some leeway" but I can't for the life of me remember why! I guess, as someone said above, the whole point of one's "true weight" is to stop there cos that's likely where your weight will always naturally bounce back to...

My last one did 4 days for me, but I think it's just easier to cut into 4 evenly. If I tried 5 I'd start with the biggest piece, and then be left with one day where I only got a tiddler - I'd feel a bit cheated I think :)

Can't imagine being able to finish a whole one in one go - not with tofu in anyway!
 
I'm now making mine in a loaf tin, so it's easy to slice and then cut again the other way. I think I had ten little pieces, but I nibble a couple at the weekend (they don't count, cos no one saw me do it!)
 
yep im a gannet !!!
weekend was a normal one when i reach a milestone slapped wrist onwards we go
anyway painted my kitchen today a nice shade of red , had a good clean out .

Milestones need celebrating ;) (and you're lucky to get away with it always...!!)

2 chicken thighs for lunch? Unless they're huge chickens, that's not a lot!
 
no thats why a yogurt cake for tea lol and lunchtime couldnt reach any thing as kitchen was upside down
 
oh and no so far this week i have not got away with it !!

right today i have to go into barnstaple for a few bits and see someone , also pick up the bbq I bought cue bad weather to arrive !!!

my lad is doing part dukan at the moment as he has a carb tummy so no doubt the menu may change slightly to more chicken as he loves chicken and isnt a beef fan

Yeah you've set yourself a bad precedent there. Any less than the whole thing and you'll feel deprived!

I've noticed I'm getting greedier with my sugar free jelly too. Whereas one sachet used to do me three days, I now make two sachets at a time in a larger pot yet only seem to get four days out of it... and tend to have a few spoonfuls each time I fill up my daily pot!

Little things slipping in!

Anyway milady - no one in the "real world" would eat an entire cake on his/her own <and admit to it> so have JUST a slice like properly civilised individuals would!
 
You'll fund it to be far more filling with the tofu in it scrumper, it will be easier to have just a slice. My next one will be going into 6ths, 1/4 is too much now I think

In phase two ive been allowed to eat loads and its the right stuff that so ive lost weight ....so adding in "normal " food i dont know if ive got the willpower to not stuff that down my face too ...
so im stuck with going into conso and not finding the off switch or staying where i am and having the odd treat !!!


oh and today i just want to say about some people:banghead: why bother !!! asking for advice on a forum , then totally ignore it and bring their bad habits on thinking its acceptable ...itsnot big and its not clever !!!!!
