lol ok may have a bit too much philly in though ...didnt harm me .

Steak sliced
onion
mushroom
peppers if you want
Dry fry when soft /cooked I added a 0% fat cheese and enough extra light philly to coat all , you can add white wine I didnt ,I was a good dukaner .
Add a teaspoon of mustard I used english , pepper to taste . mix in off heat and serve.

would say its a treat , but lovely.
 
ok so I have reached Goal one ....I set this Goal think it unachievable , last July and I am here , conso terrifies me and as im still top end of BMI i have options ......................

I will be changing my goal , giving myself a bit longer to get there though .......

I am also changing stats as some people get confused by ticker and stats as they differ

July 2010 14st 0 not dukan and not recommended

Well DONE! If you think you're in a good place then go lower what was your 'true' weight? Otherwise - conso is nothing to be scared of (but agree can be scary at first after all that hard work, we've all been there!). Take it slow and at your own pace and you'll see it's quite do-able!

im going to go another 10 lbs will give myself 12 weeks to get there and up the veg at the same time

You always said you'd want to go further. What a fabulous journey you've had, and I for one always smile when I spot vegetables in your menus. Remember when you didn't used to like them?

Im going to try desperately this weekend NOT to push the sabotage button ...which usually happens when i get to a milestone ....
slow and steady ....veg weekend any cravings will be fed protein!!!!!

do ya know ....ive had 3 of them yog cakes this week ...dont shoot me! , still lost wait and two plates full of beef strog with philly !!!!!!
must be a fluke week again
 
I dunno! I'm sure I've upped my food intake too and I've lost. Goes to show that you really DO need to eat to lose weight on this diet!

We've both got stress at the moment though... when things improve, we'll probably regain it all... on our thighs! (in big lumps of yoghurty eggy flab!)

Well done just been reading your diary (seems wrong saying that lol) and you have had a great achievement :)

I was also scared when I first had to start 'eating' after cambridge but it was not too bad :)

Scrumper I'm thrilled for you, what a fab achievement. Do you put tofu in your yogurt cake? I made one last night and found it to be much firmer and thicker and FAR more filling!
 
mmm have order some tofu , so may give it a try , problem is when i make it its sits there saying eat me !!! and its gone
 
I thought that too after the non tofu version, but had 1/4 after lunch yesterday and was stuffed! Been reading up on tofu and it's ridiculously good for you so am resolved to keep it in my diet!
