Just finished week 3 cardio. The 8kg bell is gradually getting a little easier although the one armed press is impossible. Even did the gunslinger with it although I wouldn't have been shooting anyone if my life depended on it!

The temperature is unbearable so I did the session in front of the fan. Helped but still hard work. This is doing my increased fluid challenge the power of good.

Was it a vinyl one? Ive found the 7.5 on tesco and its only £12!! :)

No cast iron, doesn't have a vinyl coating. Tbh think the tesco one will b better as the handle on the Argos one was quite rough. X

Had same experience with the Argos one -very rough handle and no vinyl coating; took it straight back.

My Tesco bell has turned out to be excellent value for money. Got the 7.5kg at £15 so £12 is a complete bargain!

I'm still around peeps by the way, still sticking to my programme! You know how much I lurve Ryan! xx

I might have to invest in a heavier Tesco bell too. I am in the UK from next Tuesday and will be doing Kettlercise with Gary N using a 5kg bell. Don't want to lose the momentum with my 8kg here in Vienna. Might have to bring Ryan with me after all. Am getting withdrawal symptoms just thinking about it!

Used my 7.5kg today boy was it hard!

You have my sympathy but it does get easier. The first time I tried a half get up I had to use my other hand to help lift the bell!! Three weeks in and I can do it one handed, albeit slowly.

Evening all and welcome Emma,

I am still doing it :p kettlebells that is lol and am jogging a little as well (but not very good at jogging boobies get in the way ha ha) I've just ordered a new KB too as my 5kg seems far to light for the swings and stuff!

I've started with SW as WW'ers had got a bit old hat to me and think i was cheating with my points especially after giving up smoking!

I've been doing SW 5 weeks now and lost 5.5lb's which i'm well chuffed with as its been steady every week!

I've been doing kettlecise but am changing back to Kworx at the weekend i think!

A quick hello to y'all!
Keep up the good work :)

Bimming Eck! Bought a new KB from Tesco's when i went today its 7.5 and boy its heavy!

Think i'm just gonna use it for swings and certain moves and revert back to my 4.5kg one for other moves!

Looking to buy new set of dvd's cant decide between kettlercise volume 2 (hope they've put the warm up on all dvd's now) or KWorx advanced

What do you think ladies?

Ok was up at 7 this a.m. and i've doen 20 mins kettlercise and been for a 20min walk with the dogs ;o) home now shower and then magic pancakes for breakie.

BTW went ahead and bought the Kettlercise Volume 2 dvd's as found i had the best losses both on scales and inch wise whilst doing volume 1 ;o)
